I got what i order but waited long time.

I was waiting for my parcel for about a month. After placing the order, I read a lot of negative reviews and honestly thought I had been scammed. I contacted them, and they replied that my parcel was on the way, but I noticed the order status only changed to “sent” after my email, which didn’t feel right.

Overall, the delivery time is 1/5 completely disappointing. On the positive side, I did receive everything I ordered. Still, I definitely won’t be buying from this website again.

Absolute shocking service from this…

Absolute shocking service from this company. If they call waiting 10 days before you even get tracking details, Express delivery god help us with normal delivery.
After 10 days I cancelled my item on one hour after I cancelled my item. They then send me the tracking details. Useless never used this company again.

Poor experience overall

Shipping was significantly delayed. My request to cancel the order before the item ships was refused; I was advised to refuse delivery instead. I followed that instruction. The refund was only processed nearly 2 months after the return. Overall, slow shipping and a lengthy refund process. I wouldn't buy there again.

You need time

Shocking rogue traders

ordered boots on November 20th I refused delivery because they sent wrong size. europe moto told me to refuse delivery so item would be shipped back to them. today is 14th March and i’m still waiting for refund. they no longer answer emails and leave me no choice but to begin legal proceedings. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Will not use again

Had to pay import duty even though I clicked that I wanted to use the UK company. My parcel has gone for a jolly around Europe, leaving France, then the Netherlands, back to France and now here, where I have had to pay import duty and VAT, although I have already paid this. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN. Spoken to Motrad, and they are not even a dealer?

Bad service but you'll get it eventually

Ordering things from abroad is always a bit tricky but they were not prepared to offer any help or guidance. The responses to enquires were short and unhelpful. As per most reviews they are incredibly slow, it was over a week before they even shipped the item, followed by a week in transit to actually arrive.
Ultimately though the item arrived eventually and was as described. I was reluctant to use them because of the reviews but they were much cheaper than anywhere else so if you're prepared to wait and be frustrated for the best price then it's worth it.

Used 3 times, no issues and a UK Customer

I’ve ordered 3 items now and all arrived safely and as described. They did take up to 3 weeks to arrive which I was prepared for and one item did have import tax, which is standard now we are not in the EU. I also had to return an item as it didn’t fit, my fault but I got a refund within two weeks which again was fine. All in all, they delivered everything they said, communicated well and no issues. You just have to be prepared to wait a little longer for your items and anticipate the import tax on items of higher value.

Do your research on import taxes and you can factor that it. The item still worked out cheaper then I could get from a uk bmw dealer.

Terrible communication

This company are silent about the import tax(vat) you have to pay in the UK. I rejected the order when DPD asked for £120 import tax, this was on the 27/1/26. I sent several emails and was treated to a virtual wall of silence, they ghosted me as a customers. Finally money reappeared in my account on the 20/2/26. I will never use again

I've made my order thinking this was…

I've made my order thinking this was the original BMW site. Next day I read all the reviews here and got a little worried. I waited about a week for the shipment. During that time I received 2 mails from them, apologizing for the delay. At the end I received my order - well packed, original, as described. Everything was perfect.
If I hadn't seen these bad reviews here, I would have been totally calm during that period. Delays are normal. And the people did their best to explain it politely.

Villains

Villains. Selling products that does’nt exist. Once pre paid, forget your payment refund.
If you absolutely must order, pay with a credit card.
the card company refunds the payment and finally ends cooperation with the fraudulent company.

Worried, But Turned Out Fine

I ordered a BMW motorcycle helmet from them before checking here on Trustpilot, and I’ll admit—I was instantly worried I’d been scammed.
But overall, my experience turned out to be pretty good. It’s true that they’re not the quickest to respond if you try to get in touch, which was the only downside for me.
They were a bit late on the delivery window, but it wasn’t a big deal. The parcel arrived well packaged and in good condition.
Just a heads-up for UK buyers: you’ll need to pay customs fees via the courier, since VAT isn’t included in the bill when ordering from the UK.

I don’t know why so many bad reviews

I don’t know why so many bad reviews, I had an all around good experience with them. I bought a set of forged wheels for my m1000xr they’ve sent email for every update of my order and my goods delivered fine. The only downside is the very expensive shipping.
