There was an issue with one of the car floor mats & new replacement mats were issued immediately. The service was prompt and professional, would highly recommend.

Communication should be better. I received an order confirmation which stated that I would be notified when the order had been shipped. I didn't get a shipping notification. I got the survey email before the order arrived. Even though the survey email says that it's automated and could arrive before the order arrives, this doesn't make sense.

Order placed on 8th July, still not delivered
Order placed on 8th July. Received no notification that product had been dispatched. Had to ring to obtain tracking number. Product has still not arrived as of 17th July. I would suggest a review of courier company being used. I still have no idea where my product is having contacted courier company. Not good enough especially considering the significant cost of order placed.
