There was an issue with one of the car floor mats & new replacement mats were issued immediately. The service was prompt and professional, would highly recommend.
Easy to order, fast delivery, quality product. Customer service also emailed and phoned to check the car reg so they were sure to send the correct size boot protector. Thank you would order again.

Delighted with my floor mats for my F36 , got the all weather floor mats and they where delivered within 2 working days very easy to install and give a great finish to the interior 👍🏻

All items purchased came with in time frame, unfortunately I didn’t receive a shipped email.
Although the mats I ordered are of good quality, the fit of the boot mat does not fit very well !!!

Paid €700 for a fitted accessory online…
Paid €700 for a fitted accessory online about one month ago. I never got any information on what happens after payment, I only received confirmation of order but no information on when to present car for fitting. I waited and waited, nobody reached out to me for weeks. I eventually called and they told me someone will call me to book me in. I'm now still waiting for that call one month after paying in full.

Sent the wrong part for my car even…
Sent the wrong part for my car even though I filtered the search for my own car model. Emailed about it and no reply from anyone. Not very professional in my opinion. Also sent wheel cleaner with a wire brush instead of the brush pictured which I can't use because it would ruin my wheels. Beware

Frustrating Experience with Delivery Delays
I ordered a product with the expectation that it would be delivered within 5 working days, as indicated by the system. However, over a week later, and the item still hasn't arrived. The system showed availability in Ireland, but the delivery process has been a complete letdown. Disappointed and frustrated with the lack of timely service.
