There was an issue with one of the car floor mats & new replacement mats were issued immediately. The service was prompt and professional, would highly recommend.
Easy to order, fast delivery, quality product. Customer service also emailed and phoned to check the car reg so they were sure to send the correct size boot protector. Thank you would order again.

Poor responsiveness
Still have not received the touch up marker after 8 days. I had to ring the garage Thursday to remind them to send it, almost 5 days after placing the order. Said it was in the post when it was not as I received the dispatch notification the following day, Friday.
Why should this bother. I was waiting to touch up the chips before selling.
