Great BMW replacement part assortment. Product arrived as scheduled and exactly what I needed. Will definitely be ordering from them again!

Part came in promptly and was brand new.

Parts looked refurbished. No instructions. Packed loose so they scraped against each other.

These guys are scammers! do not order anything from them!

Sent the wrong part. per return policy I sent the required pictures but forgot the pic of the shipping label. Sent pic of the shipping label per their request which was outside the 30 days. Now they say I sent the pic outside of the 30 days even though they asked for the PIC! Spoke to 4 people, 5 emails. Asked to please make an exception. All said like robots "its our policy" great policy to loose customers!! All this effort for a $30. part. Dont order from them its a nightmare if you try to return.

Not a great experience and I've ordered parts from numerous places online. I checked and triple checked everything with their system, with my vin #, etc. The part that they say is for my vehicle IS NOT! When I tried to return it, they made is lengthy and complicated and inconvenient, having me photograph everything and submit it to multiple addresses more than once, and on top of everything else, tried to get me to pay them directly $11.20 to return a product that weighs maybe a couple of ounces, CHARGE ME A 20% RESTOCKING FEE, force me to pay for tracking, and continue to send them pictures of packing/shipping/tracking. By the time I would do all of this...and they didn't want to refund the money for up to 2 or 3 weeks... I would have gotten back about $10. So F them!!!!!!! I ended up just eating the $40 bucks and keeping the wrong piece rather than let them make another $40 reselling it on top of what they already tried to gouge me for. You want real BMW parts from people that know what they're selling... GO TO BMW!!!!!!!!"

Evidence was sent that the part was used and damaged. My old piece was better cared for than the one they gave me. They don't sell new parts. They sell used and damaged parts. Disastrous experience with this site. I do not recommend it. They are not responsible.

In Re: BMW p/n 11367513222 $3.27 each and p/n 11367546379 $2.57 each. Different size O-rings.

I was set to purchase online these O-rings for my BMW X5 which only requires 4 of each size for a total of 8. I was stunned when I realized that their website required a minimum purchase of 10 O-rings of each size for a total of 20; that is 12 extra pieces!!! Ludicrous. The eight pieces would cost me $23.36 but they want me to buy 20 for $58.40.

Chatted with Carlos, very friendly and professional, who could not offer any other option. Buy 10 of each or do not buy any.

It is not just the money, it is the required purchase of 20 O-rings that will not be used before the car is junked that upsets me the most.

The absurdity of the management of this dealership to push these oversized minimums on the consumer.
