Fast efficient reliable service with top class products

This is my first order from Bnatural CBD UK although I had used cbd oil before.
I am very pleased with this product and am getting on very well with the 1200mg.
I find myself on a much more even keel and fully intend to order some more. I appreciate the fact that Sam is there if I have any questions.

I have used Bnatural CBD products for several months now and have found them to be excellent and their customer service is second to none.
In addition to this their price point is fantastic!
I have tried several other providers and I don't think Bnatural can be beaten for quality and service at a fair price.

Sam and the team at BNatural are fantastic and demonstrate what great customer service is about. The CBD capsules haven't made a massive difference to my pain but it may be too early to make a proper judgement. But I will definitely be back for other products as they provide such a personal and genuine shopping experience.

Ordered the face oil and CBD peppermint and eucalyptus balm. The face oil absorbed without feeling oily but left skin feeling moisturised. Even the broken blood vessel in my cheeks seem to fade. The CBD balm I ordered for my husband is on blood thinners and suffers with sores and swelling of the legs. After one week of using this balm once a day, his sores had cleared up and the swelling had gone down. Even the consultant was impressed! The service when ordering was very satisfactory and Sam was very helpful, as I changed my mind after ordering. Product was swapped and sent out without delay.

NOT my idea of good customer service! Order placed 23:00 Monday. Including a specific request within the comments section.
Less than 12 hours later order acknowledgment received , followed shortly by an email from the actual company director confirming my somewhat niche request had been actioned accordingly. Also that my order had been despatched. Approx 20 hours later my order arrived. I mean, who do these people think they are, Amazon Prime?!
I needed further product advice so left a message. I received a callback within 10 minutes, possibly even 5. Sam talked me through my purchase (Sport with ginger and Vit D) and advised me how and when to take it to get the best from it.
So, I stand by my opening comments. This is NOT good customer service, this is exceptional customer service 😉 They set the bar extremely high. I’m afraid shopping elsewhere is disappointing by comparison.
It’s the convenience,huge choice of products and affordability of online shopping. If however, you need that personal touch. Either before or after making a purchase, You can speak with an actual human being. Someone who is highly knowledgeable and extremely passionate about the products they sell. Rightly so too.They are awesome ! Rather than one of these awful takes all day to get it sorted out bot chats!
One other thing I simply have to mention are the competitions. Defo worth following them on Instagram. They seem to have some really awesome prizes up for grabs 😍

Can not fault the service, great communication and products were delivered rather quickly.
The face oil is one of the nicest skincare product I have ever bought. It soaks in beautifully and leaves my skin feeling softer. I love it and it also smells wonderful.
I’ve tried the muscle balm too but haven’t really notice a vast improvement but maybe not used it long enough to see effects.
I have tried many of the products and can’t fault them.
I know CBD oil and products can be a mind field on price and not knowing what products are best to use but can not fault the helpfulness from staff and the price is reasonable compared to other places.
Will use in the future 😊

I ordered the facial oil after reading an article in Top Sante magazine recommending it particularly with helping with the article writer's acne. I've recently been suffering with mild acne particularly on my cheeks and eczema round my nose. I use the oil every evening after cleansing and even after a week I was already noticing a big improvement to my skin, after 4 weeks my acne has gone and eczema much better, looking forward to seeing the results over a longer period of time. It's also a lovely light oil and smells wonderful and is such a pleasure to use. I would definitely recommend.

Genuinely the nicest skincare product I have ever bought. It soaks in beautifully and leaves my skin feeling brighter and softer. I love it and it also smells wonderful too. I cannot usually wear moisturiser as it clogs up my pores, but this oil is light and not greasy. A great purchase.
