I use the CBD oil after Jiu-Jitsu training and after workouts, it works a treat. It helps me recover and also I've noticed it helps me sleep. My daughter uses the peppermint CBD oil for night terrors and its worked miracles on the frequency she has them. But in my opinion their best product is the massage oil which I used after training on sore muscles, it works wonders.

Having trialled three products from this company so far, am very impressed. These include the pure tastless oil version, regular 6mg oil and the balm.

All have helped significantly reduce anxiety in individuals with Autism. Pleasant to use and easy to hide the flavorless one too in food. As with all of these things think important to have a break and then notice the difference without it. Great customer service and advice too.
