Feel pen great value, very economical way to dab! We love it.

TRASH. says 3 year warrenty, but hidden in the paperwork in vox it says warrenty only applies if bought on THEIR site or store and receipts. we'll i got this LESS than a year ago in denver on vacation and live in ky. their is no way I can find that receipt and I'm not paying them to send it in pass it along. Terp Pen lies and doesn't stand by their warranties.

I currently own 3 terp pen spectrums, 2 terp pen XL and 1 terp pen. The new spectrum battery's are terrible. The charge on it only lasts about 2 sessions. My pen XL will last half the day and the small terp pen will last all day. I have so many spectrum pens because boundless sent me 2 more to replace the battery issue. They suck. Battery wise buy the small pen. It works 10x better than the new spectrum.

Right now it's 3 stars. Not sure if I'm doing anything wrong. I purchased the Terp Pen Spectrum & I charged it when it arrived. Left on charge for an hour & the light was a steady green so I'm guessing it's fully charged. I followed all instructions on how to "burn off" any residue prior to using for concentrate. I purchased Verano G-Purps Budder/Badder. Did the 3-5 second inhale prior to touching the concentrate. When I gently pressed upon concentrate while inhaling for about 8 seconds & exhaled there was no smoke, I got some flavor but no smoke cloud. So I inhaled really hard like trying to suck down a Wendy's frosty thru a straw & only then did I get some smoke, but not a lot. I've tried all 3 heating modes & it's the same thing. I tried the coil as well & it was the same. Anyone else have this issue or am I possibly doing something wrong. This pen feels awesome & I really want to enjoy it. Any help will be appreciated.

I bought a terp pen that broke about 2 weeks after the purchase and I'm having a hard time getting it replaced or fixed in accordance with the warranty.Starting to regret the purchase especially if the warranty won't be honered

I purchased a boundless terp pen at a local smoke shop. I used it 3 times and went to clean it with the cleaning brush like the instructions said. When I went to pull the cleaning brush out, the coil wire came out with it. Was very disappointing. I'm thinking it was a sorry $40 investment. Sure hope others haven't had this problem

The terp pen, the terp pen XL, and the terp pen spectrum are the best products in the world for on the go dabbing. I have gotten them each as they came out and are all excellent and are made of more than quality. I've tried dozens of electronic dab accessories and this thing takes the cake, hands down. I searched out a place to post a review in the hopes that everyone looking for a top shelf e-nail stops here and buys one so the company stays around forever so I never have to worry about finding coils.

I like the Terp pen, it works except the coils themselves are basically impossible to clean, the airflow gets clogged super easily and the battery doesn’t last me past one and a half seshes if I’m lucky. Pretty frustrating honestly.

Today marks a full week since order was acknowledged with an email. The item has yet to be shipped as per their site and USPS site showing - Awaiting Item.

Four days since the first email to boundless, two days since the second email inquiring as to the status of the order.

What is going on?

My vexil stopped heating up. I sent boundless all the information they requested, including a video of my non-performing vexil. They sent me a new vexil right off and it works great. I love it. although impersonal the experience was fabulous.

My order was very quick in arriving. In the past, my orders took about a week to process and arrive at my door. This order was completed and in hand in 3 days. Awesome!!!

Been over a week, still haven’t Received my order for replacement coils

Boundless honors their warranties. I sent my devices in and was sent replacements. It wasn't the devices I was expecting but now I do have replacements.

Warranty claim was resolved quickly and professionally. Boundless CFX is a great product. Thank you for your great customer service.

Quick delivery, quality product and replacement coils. I see no reason to vape with anything else 🙂

I love their products, and their always their right away to help ,with anything.. their awesome ... The xl I haven't tried yet , I couldn't imagine the cloud it must have, but the regular terp pen is the best, all around.. cleaning so easy with alcohol.. thanks again.

Not that I used traditional email support, but I had the official Instagram account tell me to send information regarding my order to get started on a warranty claim. They did not respond for over a month after this and still have not responded. My warranty claim happened without ever receiving a message but only after I threatened to contact the BBB. Overall a very poor experience for what I’d say is a mediocre product. Stay away from the terp pen line, their flower vapes are the only thing worth a buying.

Big-Time customer service never wavers over the years; recently sent me a part complimentary that I wasn’t even claiming as a warranty issue. Always happy with their products too and my CFX Plus is way over the top!
