Customer Service is extremely helpful with all issues. Devices can malfunction quite quickly. Can be one of multiple ways. Yet there is a Warranty. Otherwise, Great Device (Terp Pen's) for what they're needed for.

I had a regular terpen and I loved it let my aunt who had cancer who has since passed away borrow it while she was in the hospital. It got lost so I decided to buy a terpen XL and it sucks. Got one warranted out it works a little bit better but it still sucks.

I have bought several products from boundless and love them all had a slight issue I called and it was taken care of ty for that

Great customer service and the shipping is extremely fast. Prices are very reasonable and I had an issue with the coils and they fixed my issue no questions asked.

Customer service was ultimately excellent and Boundless really stands behind their products. I will continue to shop with BT and would recommend their products to anyone.

Carolina Rodriguez handled my ticket and I mistakenly emailed back in the wrong section and didn't get a response. My ticket was closed due to not responding in time. I sent another email separate from the previous one and thread, explaining what happened. She responded within an hour apologizing to me for the mistake that I myself had made. She went over my information and reviewed the data I had provided her. she was quick and efficient and had a replacement for me in the mail within a couple of days (2). It even arrived early, pre charged, and ready to use. So a really big shout out to Carolina and Boundless for a prompt response and beyond excellent service especially when I had made a mistake messaging originally and the ticket had been closed. So thanks guys! I am loving all of my terp pens. It's an excellent product and model and I'd recommend them to any/every one who needs/uses concentrates.
