Horrible. Charges SO MANY outside fees for transactions. Have had multiple issues.

Simple and seamless

B9 is great for simple transactions using Google pay or Apple pay. I use Google pay and it's seamless. And the cash advance can help in a pinch. They also offer a rewards program which isn't a ton of money but it puts a little money back in my account and it's money I got just for spending my own money. I have no complaints. And I have seen no misdeeds done.

Don’t get it it’s a scam even the good reviews

This app doesn’t work at allll actually my check got deposited there even tho I didn’t do it. And now I’m trying to take it out they’re say verify your id and I’ve been trying there’s nothing wrong with my id the customer service is ai so it doesn’t help and now they’re saying I have 50 hours till my account is locked if I don’t get my money I promise I will sue you guys bc you know what you’re doing

Do not bank with them this girl stole…

Do not bank with them this girl stole my money off my card with linking it to her chime card if filed a dispute like they told me to then they denied it and closed my account in 24 hrs
They only did that so they wouldn't have to give back my money it was around 300.00 dollars

Great platform

I think the cash advance feature really helped get an idea of what credit would be like and the autopay back feature helped a lot.

Very upset customer

I sent a domestic wire transfer in August 27 and today August 29 no money has been received and literally no one can give me answers about where my money is!!!! Im very unsatisfied that they can't even give me the number to trace my wire!!!
