Patience….

Service très courtois mais aucune indemnisation, UN AN après le sinistre.
Un banal dégât des eaux. Assurance et expert (désigné par eux mêmes) se renvoient la balle…
Des heures passés au téléphone (à attendre de parler à quelqu’un). Des relances multiples.

Aseguradora que no asegura.

Conocí esta compañía aseguradora a través del Corte Ingles, ya que es el "Seguro Complet" para la tarjeta del Corte Ingles.
Al contratar el seguro, aconsejado por el Corte Ingles, había una serie de ofertas como protección dental, protección de compras etc.
Una de la ofertas, que es la que me intereso, era Ayuda a la Familia; Un servicio anual de hasta 2 horas para ayudarte en tus tareas domésticas y familiares.
Me puse en contacto con la aseguradora para solicitar esta oferta. Después de 3 semanas y como no se cumplía la solicitud, llame a la aseguradora y me dijeron que estaban intentándolo, pero que "no me garantizaban nada". Me resultaba difícil comprender que una aseguradora " no te garantiza nada", así que hasta 3 veces me lo repitieron.
Llame al Corte Ingles para informar de la situación y al cabo de 7 días casi un mes después de la solicitud me llama la empresa preguntando si seguía interesado, para seguir intentando mandarme a alguien. Seguían sin garantizarme nada. Así que dije que no.
