This company has not responded to a return/refund of a lamp I received. Robo-reply that states they are responding within 24-48 hours. Same reply when leaving voicemail. November 29th,2025 was start of this process and nothing has been resolved. Really wish these sites could be taken down and stop the scammers. Apologies, one response was”it cost us a fortune to ship to Portland, we lost money on that transaction “!!!!! Not made up 😳

Order placed in December, delivery took over 3 weeks, and the products received were defective. The quality is not as advertised. I’ve tried contacting customer service multiple times to initiate a return, as stated in their policy, but received no response. Very disappointing experience.

Based on my personal experience, I can only strongly advise against ordering from Bo-Ha. After reading many of the negative reviews, I unfortunately had the exact same experience. In my opinion, the company operates in a highly unprofessional manner, and customer concerns do not seem to be taken seriously. I deeply regret placing an order and would not recommend this company to others.

Incomplete delivery + zero customer support (Order #12451)
I ordered two lamps from Bo-ha’s website under Order #12451:
• Annika – Modern Glass Wall Sconce (Gray) — $149.95 (delivered)
• Vieno – Nordic Table Lamp For Living Room (Large Amber) — $249.95 (never delivered)
Total: $399.90.
The issue is simple: the most expensive item is missing, and despite sending multiple emails, I received no useful response, no clear tracking update, and no resolution (replacement or refund).
Mistakes happen. Ignoring a customer when part of an order doesn’t arrive is unacceptable. The item I did receive is fine, but without reliable shipping and responsive support, I cannot recommend buying from Bo-ha.

Headline: Warning: Non-existent Customer Service & Failure to Honor Return Policy
I placed an order with BO-HA on November 28, 2025. Since then, I have experienced a total failure in communication and a refusal to honor their advertised return policy.
The issues include:
Shipping & Communication Delays: It took over a month for the full order to arrive (delivered in two separate, sloppily packed shipments on 12/23 and 1/7). Between 12/19 and 1/15, I made over ten attempts to contact the company via email and phone. Most were met with automated "24-48 hour" promises that were never kept.
Poor Product Quality: The sconces arrived unassembled with no instructions, no manual, and—critically—no ground wire, making them unusable for a standard home remodel.
Failure to Honor Policy: After finally reaching someone on 1/10, I clearly stated that I wanted to return the items in accordance with their "no questions asked" policy. I explained the items arrived too late and were missing essential components. Since providing that explanation on 1/11, the company has once again gone silent.
BO-HA claims to have a return policy, but they appear to be using "spam folders" and ignored voicemails as a tactic to avoid processing legitimate returns. I have left multiple detailed voicemails at (323) 207-6588 with zero callbacks.
Avoid this company unless you are prepared to be ignored and stuck with substandard products.

I have sent 6 or 7 emails requesting return instructions in the past 2.5 weeks and have only received evasive, generic emails promising outreach from a "customer service agent"...yet no one but a BOT "STEPHANIE" has contacted me and thus far. For the past 2 weeks "Stephanie" has sent me useless emails and given me the run around on my return. I've tried calling customer service: 323-207-6588 5 times and no one has ever picked up. This business is clearly not acting in good faith, has no customer service team, and you should not trust them. I will be contacting the CA or DE AG and AMEX if I don't hear from them in 48 hours...this is not a legitimate business. They do not honor their shipping timeline and they certainly do not honor their "30 day money back guarantee". If Bo-Ha wants to make this right, I invite them to send me return instructions and refund my purchase, in the meantime I will pursue whatever remedies I can.
Order never arrived - scam
I placed an order in September and it’s now January and our order has not arrived. I’ve reached out many times over the last few months, and they kept saying it would arrive shortly or within a few days, and it has not. I’ve contacted them a total of 5 times and have been given the run around repeatedly. The last time I messaged a few days ago asking for a refund because our project is now months behind from being able to wrap up, they completed ghosted me and have not responded. I imagine I’m just out hundreds of dollars and with no lights after over 4 months of waiting. Do not waste your time and money with this company. It is a scam.

I ordered the Amalia sconce. It took about three weeks to arrive. Tracking number did not provide detail. But it did show up. Broken. I have been attempting to reach out to Bo-ha for a week for an exchange or refund.
Upon sending my first email detailing the issue, I received an auto response from “Stephanie Davis”, the tone was that of an old friend, “Steph” said she’d be back in touch within 48 hours with instructions. Well a week later and I’ve called three times and send three more emails and… crickets.
Scammer company. Oh, and btw. The Amalia Sconce is low quality, the pieces don’t line up, and it’s tinfoil quality.

We placed an initial order for 10 wall lamps for our boutique apartments. Delivery took place after 14 days. Unfortunately, 5 of the glass globes had manufacturing defects.
We submitted written complaints eight times. Each time, we received a response stating that the replacement glass globes were already on their way. However, we never received them. After repeated follow-ups, we were consistently told that there were internal issues and that the replacements would be sent shortly. We have now been waiting for over a year.
We do not recommend this supplier. Although responses are prompt, the issue itself is never resolved. We strongly advise potential customers against ordering from BO-HA. This is very disappointing, as we had planned to place further orders. Unfortunately, our experience has shown that BO-HA is not a reputable company.

Fake/scam site. I was charged for a lamp in Oct and have yet to receive it until now (mid-Jan).
They kept sending emails saying the shipment has left the warehouse without tracking numbers, and someone would respond occasionally to inquiries asking where it was saying there was a mistake, and. that they would send it out straight away.
It took me a multiple calls to get my credit card company to issue the refund. Avoid the hassle and order from someplace reputable.
Over one month no package no customer service
It's been 1.5 months and I have not received my package. Over a month ago I received a notification that the package left the warehouse but I have not had any updates after attempts to get a tracking number. Do not order anything from them.

Delivery ok but the light that arrived…..awful.
€127 for 2 bits of cheap glass and poor fittings. The dimensions of the smaller circle and the lighting pattern in the photos are nothing like the real cheap Chinese light that arrived today.

Be aware of potential scam
We placed an order for three lamps on Black Friday 2025, and today is December 31, 2025. The lamps were newer shipped. We left numerous messages and sent multiple emails to customer service, but never heard back. Have to reach out to the credit card for support.
Still haven't received product
Still haven't received product. Was promised a 2 to 4 day delivery by Fedex. I called and texted for weeks, Finally got a response. My emails were in her spam folder. "She" sent a photo at bottom of customer service. That photo was stolen from the internet. DO NOT TRUST. DO NOT BUY!
