Still haven't received product. Was promised a 2 to 4 day delivery by Fedex. I called and texted for weeks, Finally got a response. My emails were in her spam folder. "She" sent a photo at bottom of customer service. That photo was stolen from the internet. DO NOT TRUST. DO NOT BUY!

Ordered lights almost two months ago and never got them. I asked for refund but after a few AI generated emails they started to ignore me. I will take action with my bank. It's whether a scam or a very poorly leaded company.

The product is more or less ok - overpriced, compared to the reality - but the service is a catastrophy.
You cannot track the package and worry all the way if it arrives at all (i think it comes from China…).
And now the really bad news: they sent a wrong colored bulb not fitting with the lamp and it was also broken. After several emails they answered they will send a replacement, but they did not and now they dont respond. Looks like a very very amateur company, i dont recommend anyone to buy anything.
I will comment if they send a bulb at the end at all….

Luxury Look With NO Luxury Price
I cannot say enough good things about BOHA! I bought a chandelier for my entryway the lights are beautiful, and beyond well made. Great value for the price, looks like a high-end piece that you would find at an expensive designer store. The customer service was excellent. I am already picking out my next order.
Failed delivery & No refund
Ordered lights back in September and still don’t have these, it’s now mid November. No customer service, just a bot called Stephanie. I’ve requested a refund at least 4 times and been ignored. Please do not order from this company as they don’t abide by reasonable consumer guidelines. Really disappointing as they have some nice lights on their website site.

Update: after I left this review, they finally responded to my emails. The product was eventually delivered but I am returning it. If the customer service had been better I might have ordered a different product from them, but based on this experience I would never recommend this company.
BO HA is a SCAM
They have no customer service, There is just an AI doing their customer service called Stephanie. Don't want to return, and just pass the buck till you give up.
Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. It's been over 2 months and still haven't received a single working item. Super cheap and everything gets lost in shipping but they won't even provide tracking so I doubt anything is getting shipped. The items I did receive are super cheap and the outlet cover is smaller than anything available in the US. The wiring looks like Cat6 and takes e27 bulbs that are not common in the US.
Be Careful , read the details before shopping.
UPDATE: I finally received the products on October 2nd. The product quality is good. The communication is not well. So if you are on tight timeline be careful.
For the order I placed on September 8, they emailed me saying it shipped from their warehouse on September 11. Later, they said it was a custom order in production. Five days after that, they claimed it shipped again and would take two weeks to arrive. On their website, the stated shipping time is 2–4 days. When I asked why it would take two weeks, they said it actually hadn’t shipped yet and that it was a custom order listed on the product page. In short, this company doesn’t seem to know what they’re doing and is most likely a scam. Don’t waste your time and money.

I placed an order for lamps back in June, and after countless emails with their so-called “support team” (which is actually just one person, Stephanie), the package finally arrived in September - completely broken.
Just like in all the other reviews, the $300 lamps I paid for turned out to be cheap knock-offs from Temu (imagine the quality!). The worst part: despite me clearly demanding a refund, not a replacement, Stephanie kept pushing for a replacement. I sent more than five emails repeating that I wanted a refund only, yet she continues replying with the same replacement script. It’s obvious they are just stalling until the refund period expires.
This company is a complete scam. Please be careful and read the reviews before you waste your money here!

I originally ordered one of BOHA’s Soeren lamps. Unfortunately, the light switch wasn’t working to turn it on. I contacted BOHA’s support team and worked with their social manager, Stephanie Davis. Stephanie was super responsive and sent me a brand new lamp without me having to go through the hassle of returning the one that wasn’t working. She was very empathetic and kind. The new lamp arrived in perfect condition and works like a charm. I love it.
