Poor customer service

I had an issue with my daughter’s bobble hat and I contacted customer services. First of all there was no reply after two emails. Then I contacted them using the online form, to which I finally got a reply. I replied to their questions and have heard nothing since. After paying a small fortune for a hat, the customer service has been terrible.

I placed a order 19/01/24 for a £149 snow suit, I’ve tried emailing you about my order, searched for a contact number to call you,
It’s now 16/02/24 I’ve still not received my order, I wanted their for my son for the winter, it’s now middle of February, this is absolutely unacceptable, I’m requesting a full refund for my order

I recently ordered a cozy knitted set from Bobble Babies for my little one, and I couldn't be happier . The quality is outstanding, and the set is so cute! Shipping was fast, and I can't wait to order more from them.

EDIT from previously bad review

After back and fourth emails we were able to resolve the issue, I’ve been given a coat in the next size up in exchange for the one I returned which was too small! Thank you for working with me to resolve the issue. I love your items so I’m happy that I can continue to buy each year!

the coat was terrible quality and was ruined just after 3 days wear

I ordered a coat for my daughter, the communication was really poor, i didn't realise it was pre order so took much longer than expected. when the coat came it was really pretty but just after a few days wear the coat bobbled from the bottom and i was shocked given the high price point. When i eventually got engagement to get the coat back to them, once received they accused me of washing it and refused to give me my money back. Never seen service like it before, i loved the look of the coat and had no intention of returning it and i 100% did not wash it but gathered it was their way of getting out of giving my money back. Act with caution when ordering from them, its terrible quality.

Upon receiving the return, we noticed the item had been washed , altering its condition, and in addition smelling of washing detergent,we reached out to discuss this matter. While our products are dry clean only, we understand oversights can happen. In a gesture of goodwill, we offered a partial refund as a one-time exception.

No communication. Submitted request for a refund via credit card as my order has not been dispatched 3 weeks after placing the order.

Scam Alert

I placed my order on 2nd September (almost 3.5 months ago) & still haven’t received it. Tried contacting many times but no one replies. I wonder how they get positive feedback because it seems more like a scam & paid reviews to me.

They are not serious

They are not serious, I received only half of my order after 4 months of waiting and the items do not match the description. The coat must be with natural fur but I received one with faux fur. I wrote them about this and about the missing items and I didnt receive any answer.

My order took two weeks to come (although delivery states 1-3 business days). I sent various emails and tried to contact via the chat on their website but to no avail. Very disappointing. My daughter also lost a bobble for her cashmere hat, but the fastening was the other way round so I cannot get a replacement bobble /:
