Anyone there to answer my email?????

Ordered a beige hat for my grandson, it arrived within a few days - great, but turned out to be more pink than beige. Ordered a replacement in grey, yet to be received. Emailed on Sunday, and again today requesting a returns label as they stipulate returns must be received within 14 days. I am still waiting for an email reply/label!! No alternative contact details, which is very poor. Couldnt recommend on this basis.

Ordered a coat for my granddaughter

Ordered a coat for my granddaughter. Customer services were very polite, patient and very helpful when assisting me in making my selection. Order arrived quickly and the jacket is beautiful.
I will definitely order again from this company.
I received a great welcoming shopping experience.

Great Quality

My order took around 4 business days to turn up. When the hooded jacket arrived it was of fantastic quality and my little girl gets plenty of compliments when she wears it. Would definitely purchase again.

They have sent only one out of two…

They have sent only one out of two items in the order. Been trying to get in touch for few weeks now but no luck. Someone responded via the web message stating they will send the hat next day but nothing since. Such scammers! Been trying to get my money back through paypal but not sure where that will go. Please don’t buy! Definitely no 5 star rating.

Horrible customer service. Impossible to get a hold of anyone. I have no idea if I will get my order or not and have no idea how to get my money back. Is this a legit business? Does not answer messages on instagram either.
