I always use Bob Books for all our family photo albums. Easy to use software and the end result is always fantastic. Highly recommend.

I have previously used Bob books on my IPad,which worked well for me. Unfortunately the programme changed and is now less flexible without the ability to change the layout. I started using the computer but struggled with the last two books, particularly with a second book with photos not downloading or disappearing ( not sure if it is my computer or the programme!). The second book I received recently after struggling for some time had three photos where the image had slipped leaving only the background which is a shame as the quality of all other images is fine.

Have used this company on several books and have always been delighted with the result and service.

I love Bob Books and have been using them for years - ever since I started to take digital photos and wondered what to do with them. The finished books are top quality, delivered quickly and well packed to avoid damage. The software is easy and fun to use and the discounts are regular and generous. Customer services have also been most helpful on the rare occasions whan I've had a problem.

I am a relative newcomer to Bob Books. I began creating photobooks last year, always using Bob Books, in order that some of my photos could see the light of day and bring pleasure to family and friends. The books make unique, personal presents for people, recording events and achievements that otherwise would remain hidden. The quality of reproduction is excellent and the hard covers make for a professional finish. I am very happy with the new hobby I have discovered and am planning more books in the near future.

All my orders have come back really well printed and on quality paper.

I produced another square, hard-back, lay-flat photo book with lustre pages as part of an ongoing sequence which documents my grandchildren growing up. The quality is, as ever, very good. The laying out process has more than enough options for me (a photo enthusiast working with the Mac app) and the end result is very pleasing. Finally, the production and delivery time was fine.

Overall, the consistency of Bob Books over the years is to be admired.

I’ve recently had my 17th album printed as I make one for each of our grandchildren every year to hand to them when they are 18. I include social history, events and funny things they say as their own personal record. I also make an album for each year since my retirement - it’s much easier than keeping a diary. I totally trust Bob Books for their consistency and helpfulness although the software is easy to use.

Online photo books are a great way to preserve pictorial memories that would otherwise stay lost in a camera/phone. Have used Bob Books several times now, and wouldn't bother to try anyone else. I really enjoy the process of being able to design my own book, and the finished result is always of very high quality. The software is really easy to use, especially with increased practice.

I have used Bob books for many years and have never been disappointed with their product. As a photographer I am very fussy about the colour of my photographs and Bob Books never disappoints. The books are very professional and the program is easy to use.

We've always found Bob Books to be excellent quality with sturdy covers on their albums. Quick turnaround means we get the album back while we still remember we ordered it!

I ordered a premium book with past Xmas photos as a gift for my wife. The quality of the was superb. Also important they produced the book a couple of days before the date promised.

Would and will use again.

I have used Bob Books for over 50 photobooks and in all that time have only had one problem, that was promptly fixed. I consider the quality of the finished photobooks to be superb and like the editing software that allows you to set up a book exactly how you want it on your own computer then only send to Bob Books when you are ready. I will continue to use Bob Books in the future.

Great quality, easy to use and regular discounts. Would like a bigger ‘professional’ discount as maxing out on size etc and a book a month. Would also like to see more flexible photo size/shape options within the design rather than fixed.

Fantastic quality and value , layflat well worth the extra

Good quality book if a little pricey, however, I bought it because some of my entries into the RCT Photomarathon were included, but, the wrong name was allocated to the wrong photo, so I was bitterly disappointed at this lack of attention to detail.

I enjoy compiling the photo books as the software is well designed, responsive and offers lots of flexibility. The printed product is excellent quality. I have several canvases hanging on my walls; the colours and sharpness are perfect. Customer service is exceptional.

I created a memory Book as I wanted to clear out many old photograph albums and boxes of pictures, which I have not looked at for many years. It took me some time to photograph and capture the old photos, many years before digital cameras existed. I am so delighted that I did the work as the Bob Book created is fabulous. Beautiful bright vibrant photographs spring from every page and people lost many years ago are recaptured. I will look at this book time and time again, which I never did with the dusty old albums. The quality is first class, the cover beautiful and the book gives me so much joy.
