Being at the helm of our servers for more than a decade, it is hard to hand over the "keys to the kingdom" and control and blindly put our trust into a team overseas.
I have been very impressed by the team's knowledge and thoroughness. When we have had any issues, it was never a short email like: "fixed the issue". All was accompanied by a through explanation what was found/detected and what was done.
Most impressive was that one of our servers was not reachable and needed to be rebooted through the datacenter.
The team at bobcares tried to contact me by phone before pulling the trigger, but I was not able to respond. They left a voicemail that they were going to reboot.

We found ourselves in a tricky situation where AWS snapshots were not working as expected. When an instance got corrupted at a bios level we thought we'd lost everything. However the team at Bobcares helped revive our server, rebuilt and got everything back up and running as quickly as possible.
