The whole process from purchase to pick up was very smooth. All of the employees were kind and helpful.

Service was excellent. Everyone was very extremely polite and quick to respond to everything.

Was immediately “latched onto” upon walking in the door. We asked to just let us browse as we didn’t need anyone walking the store with us. The rep completely ignored our request and continued to stalk us and interrupt our conversation. My mother and I could not look at furniture alone at all. It was horrible. We left and bought our chair somewhere else. Their no “shopper stalkers” policy is a lie.

I ordered my lovely couch and chair with ottoman online within a week I had my furniture. Great customer service and the guys that delivered it were on time and very nice and set everything up in no time.The furniture is beautiful and very well made. Crew came in introduced themselves. Got right to work and we're finished in no time. Felt sorry for them because they had to go up threw flights of stairs but they were super fast and nice.

We have always purchased our furniture through a different furniture store, so this was our first time purchasing from Bob Mills. Everything went fantastic from the very start! We found exactly what we were wanting and were able to purchase online. Three days later my couch and recliners were sitting pretty in my living room. The delivery guys were super nice and were very careful with the furniture! The whole process was fast and easy! Bob Mills is definitely my go-to now!!
