Simply excellent customer service. I was sent a different size shirt to what I ordered online. I spoke to a real customer service agent who was friendly and helpful. They organized a prompt return and put me in touch with the flagship store where I could purchase the size I needed. The purchase and delivery was easy and quick and the refund appeared as promised. The regular updates on the status of the shipping was appreciated.
