Driver was nice. The car was clean. But I was charged more then the other company I normally use. But other than that cant fault them.

Excellent service and communication. Our train to Bodmin Parkway was very delayed but Carbis Cabs had been tracking its progress and, without prompting, reassured us that they would be at the station, which they were.
It was a pleasure travelling with them and meeting Phil, the friendly and informative driver.

I booked Phil to travel from Bodmin Parkway station to Boscastle in April 2023. Not only was the ride smooth, safe, and quick, but I had a brilliant time chatting to him! A lot of times I am not one to chat to a hired driver, and I was jet-lagged at the time, so this is saying a lot for the friendliness and warmth I received in the midst of a Cornish rain. He even waited in front of my hotel to make sure I made it in all right. 11/10 would book again.

Excellent service provided by Phil at Carbis Cabs. Phil always checked by text that our train was on time, and texted each morning of booked travel just to make sure. He was on time and in the place expected. A pleasant ride and hybrid car which does our bit for the environment! Will use again.

I was really stuck try get cab and be disabled and area didn't know firms all booked up then told Bodmin parkway cabs excellent pick up to drop off even disabled blind help me in and check safe leave me home safe and me and carry cases in what a gentleman proper true gem hard find theses days excellent cab driver definitely recommend also recommend do away good idea pre-book as well and use this firm again

Get in quick! Pre-book your taxi from the station at Bodmin with Carbis Cabs. At peak times there are more people than taxis there if you don't. Getting a quote/price and journey confirmed is easy - Knowledgably helpful and polite driver - rebooked several times now and never had anything other than a hassle free journey. Thanks Phil

My partner and I used Carbis Cabs to get from Bodmin Parkway Station to Polzeath for our vacation.

Phil (our driver) was nothing but professional and helped make the perfect start to our Cornish getaway. Was available 24/7 by phone to help us whenever needed and very reasonable rates.

Would strongly recommend to anyone in need of cab services whilst in the Bodmin/Polzeath area... we shall certainly be using again.
