I received my order today, but unfortunately one of the products (Olimp Glutamine Powder) arrived with the seal already broken and the container opened.
As you can see in the attached photo, the product was not properly sealed upon arrival. Since this is a nutritional supplement, I cannot use a product that has already been opened for safety reasons.
I have been a loyal Body&Fit customer for many years, and this order was worth €133, so I was quite disappointed to receive a product in this condition.
I would appreciate it if you could send me a replacement free of charge or offer an appropriate compensation.

Die worst company ever
Die worst company ever. Haven’t received my product still. Ordered it almost one week ago, still not showing any tentative date. I believe it was my first and last purchase. Thank you so much for making me regret choosing you all and regretting. Since protein intake is a very crucial part in my day to day life, and if i have to suffer in this, because of your companies fault then am supper disappointed.
