Great customer service support. I didn’t believe it but they are genuine and exceptional at what they do. I cancelled my subscription and was charged, I immediately wrote the customer support team and they resolved my issue immediately and issue me a refund. Although I have cancelled my subscription I still get daily exercise videos with free menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner ideas. I love body FX and will definitely subscribe again

It’s fun, enjoyable and many many programs to choose from. Highly recommend for those who want to lose weight or maintain.Love it!!

When signing up for the app i thought i had selected the monthly subscription, but after 7 days a full years worth came out my bank. I contacted the customer services, who had resolved the issue within 24hrs. I could not believe the great service they provided, as i would of been really stuck financially if i had not got refunded.
I am 2 weeks into the programme and completely loving the variety that you can choose from. I have been selecting different workouts daily, which is wonderful as you could never get bored of the same routine. I can already see and feel the difference in my body. All of the instructors on each workout are so motivational, which is great for me and totally what i need.

Can not wait to see where this journey takes me and would recommend this to anyone. Outstanding value for money !!!!

My first experience is that I have discovered this great platform. I started to work out daily, even for few minutes with John and Dwayn. Even with Janna. For me is easy ti use. Appreciate daily emails with new suggestions.

I just joined but so far the exercises are fun and very motivating.

I had some confusion regarding my subscription (which was totally my fault). I emailed customer service and they responded very quickly and were so helpful. They fixed my error and I am so excited to continue using Bodyfx

The programme is great value and access is easy. There’s something for everyone who want to exercise. The encouragement is very helpful.

My experience was great with a team ,I felt so bad I had to discontinued program cus of my health issues but wasn't problem to canceling and refunding money back. I realy hope so to continue program again once my blood testes gets better

Does not work with my Apple Watch and Apple health.

I always wanted to dance but didn’t know how to move my body. The way Jaana breaks down each movement has made it possible for me to actually do it too and it is so fun! The time flies by and I break a sweat without even trying. Love this program and I’m feeling excited about all the different options to keep it interesting.

I actually thought you are genuine but I think I was wrong . How can you collect a full year subscription without my consent? Are you scammers or what ? Have I been scammed ? ,
Please kindly refund me my full $180 you collected from my account . I never agreed or signed up for a year subscription . Please refund me . Please just refund me . When I signed up I was given an option of $15 trial which I went for , only for me to be billed $180 in a couple of days later , why ? Please refund me . Thank you
