I’m on a free trial and customer service, specifically, Valerie, has been very helpful. I’m thoroughly enjoying the exercises and being able to do them from the comfort of my home. I love the dance vibes; I get a great workout without feeling like I’m doing gruelling exercises.

Well i thought i only ordered the 15 per month purchase that was 50% off 30.
I got a notification that yall charged me 180.00 plus 165.00. Thats absurd, emailed support to immediately cancel my subscription.

It looks like you signed up twice with two different emails (an aol email and a yahoo email) and one sign up was done through iTunes.
It looks like you only canceled the iTunes subscription, but not the subscription through us.
I see our agent has taken care of this for you by canceling the account and refunding the charge for you.

If I could of gave 0 stars I would have, simply bc I messaged Body FX on messenger after reading customers were over charged, so I asked how the subscription worked to
avoid being charged annually, I was sent a direct link to $15.00 a month, after the trial to my surprise I was charged a whopping $180.00 and demanded a refund. Don't trust the process.

Body FX Did Not Cancel My Subscription
I submitted a request to cancel my subscription before it was drawn out of my checking account. They did not cancel my subscription and I was charged for another month I didn’t want.

Some of the programs are too difficult…
Some of the programs are too difficult for me. I need beginner or 101 or 102 programs, I find I get really sore with the intense programs.
I find it hard to navigate my way through the programs and which ones are suitable for me.

Not what was advertised
I signed up under the special of $15 per month. I just checked my credit card because they said I went over my limit and it was due to you charging me $180.00! If you aren't going to honor your $15 dollar special, then I want a refund and to cancel my membership! That is ridiculous! I am very disappointed as this is my first time dealing with this company and I was so excited. Now I am just disappointed and mad!

Company refuses to cancel membership…
Company refuses to cancel membership even tho I've requested nicely several times in the last 10 days. My initial request was met with being told it was extended. They didn't ask if I would like that but told me they were doing that after trying to say I had not reviewed all content or finished signing up. I did in fact sign up and saw what I needed to so I could determine it wasn't for me. I simply wanted to see how the dance classes compared to the zumba classes I already take and I prefer the ones I already use. I asked for them to please cancel multiple times and they won't respond because I declined the offer of extension. I unsubscribed to marketing emails but still receive them multiple times a day. This is all very bad business practices and others should be warned.***Update In my email 2 days ago, I mentioned if someone didn't reply I would leave reviews. It took me many emails and reviews to get the account canceled. After being told the agent forgot to reply.

Not enough content
Just not enough content and the lives were not scheduled well for my own schedule. Appreciated the free trial to find this out.

I cancelled my free trial and was charged 180 USD anyways. Completely ripped me off. I would not recommend this unless you want to be signed up for a year with out agreeing to it. I requested a refund and no response yet.
