Thank You Gina For Resolving My Issue
I made a purchase from them 4 years ago. Then they changed their website at the beginning of this year and stopped some of my access to them. When I raised the issue with customer support their response was that I would need to subscribe to access these workouts again!!!
In response to the comments made below from BodyFX following my review, I have sent the following to their support team as requested and am awaiting their response.
"Following my ongoing issue and your response to the review I have given you on Trust Pilot today, I have been in contact with your support team on 3 occasions this year so far 29/1/25 3/2/25 & 5/2/25. I have since found the email below received in May 2024 which clearly says that I have been gifted lifetime enjoyment of the full Jaana Rhythms programme. So why has this now been removed from my account?"

I haven’t started my program yet, I was overwhelmed by assignments and exams. In that being said, I am ready to start on Thursday/Friday with the soup
No refund no communication, shocking customer service
Yesterday Body fx took a subscription payment out of my account £150 with no email or correspondence first to warn me. I have emailed, tried the live chat and even messaged on the FB page. No response from any of them and no refund given. I particularly wanted a refund as I cannot afford this payment. Terrible customer service but quick to take your money!
3/2/25 I emailed as soon as the payment left my account as I was not expecting it! No reply!
Yes, I emailed again .. no reply
Then as soon as I went through PayPal resolution service I had correspondence from you immediately asking for it to be closed and a refund would be completed! As soon as this had been done communication stopped and still no refund!
4/2 I emailed you the same time last night as the 2/2 and you answered straight away!
4/02 Still no refund after conversation via email yesterday!

A great workout and great dance moves…
I started figure 8 dancing many years ago I loved it then and it’s got better and better. A great workout while learning some great dance moves. I’ve only just been doing the Body FX workouts a few weeks and it definitely gets you in shape.

The app is great!
The app is great, however for some reason I cannot access the exercises directly from my emails. Customer Service is helpful, but still have to manually look for particular workout, which isn't easy due to my condition. Hope you can sort it out.

I cancelled my subscription because I couldn’t get live support
I cancelled my subscription because I couldn’t get it to stream on my start tv. Initially I was excited but after wasting hours and not able to call someone for help and wait over 24 hrs for someone respond to my email offering advise I said I already tried made my experience more frustrating to me. I would get live customer support not have a bot get back to me.

Returned as a member and will not leave again!
I used the program before and lost weight and started to tone. I foolishly stopped and have recently rejoined. Rhere are lots of new programs to select from.
It works and support Facebook group is positive and encouraging!
