I couldn't get bodyFX on my TV
I couldn't get bodyFX on my TV. I cant/won't do the workouts off my cell phone. Cancellation was difficult.

Range of offered exercises is perfect
The platform offers just about everything for everyone-even those who are not so good in doing the exercises but sincerely want to do better. The explicit reminders on how to ensure SAFETY gives me comfort that BodyFX is sincere in wanting to enable us in our journey to a balanced living.

Sorry for any confusion. We don't automatically put members into the challenge. When you sign up you start receiving the daily coaching emails. Participants who want to participate in the challenge must register. The coaching emails are received by all and is a good way to start the workouts and receive daily motivation and tips. :)
You are always welcome to unsubscribe from the emails or have a team member at support@bodyfx.com stop the emails for you.

I have found more motivated
I have found more
motivated with BodyFX. I liked fitness dance, and Pilates workout. But more in love with the weight training here. I am 52 years young, so I think the programs fit me well. If I could give more than 5 stars feedback, I would do it.

Daily workouts and menu in emails
I don’t like a lot of the workouts from the daily emails. The daily menu is fantastic!

Thank you for your feedback. If you do not like the workouts from the daily emails, you are able to substitute with a workout you prefer. There is no requirement to do the workout suggested in the daily emails.
