The Website says delivery on the next day, but it took 1-2 Weeks.
No notification, no excuses, no apologies, just waaay to late.
Even though I have payed the shipping, that's very close to scamming your customers.

Yes, unfortunately, it doesn't look great. Your package was picked up from us last Tuesday and should have been delivered by now.
However, we were informed last Friday that two pallets were sorted for the wrong country, and unfortunately, your package is on one of those pallets. The good news is that the error has been corrected, so the packages are now on their way to the correct destination. You should start seeing tracking updates for your order early this week.
