I’m not sure how to explain my experience because it’s been 14 days and I have not received my item, heard from the company or have no way of reaching out to them. I’d love to be apart of the good reviews.

Best shape wear, I thought it wasn't going to fit me when I got it, it looked really tiny,lol. So I tried it on anyways, it fit perfectly, I love the way I look in it. I also purchased another one and hope to see it soon! I wear it to work everyday.

Bought 3 different shapewear products and love them. Def exceeded expectations. Wrote an email of appreciation to them and the customer service rep I talked to was so indescribably kind

These coresets are both beautiful AND very well made. The stitching is fine, the grommets are solid, the zipper runs great and is very strong. I bought two different styles of the coreset, so I could try the different fixtures. The second one I got has hook and eye style fasteners, and once they are on they stay on. I had my friend help lace me up and once the lacing was tied I haven't had to adjust it, which is great! They are easy to get on and off, and very comfortable to wear. The fabric is lovely, the boning is solid and the garment stays in place all day - It doesn't shift around on me or fall. I have had them for about 2 months so I have had some time to really try them out before I gave a review, so as to be accurate and not mislead anyone with a pre-mature report.

I wanted something to give me compression around my ribcage as I am a spine patient and suffer chronic pain. These coresets are so comfortable for me I Love them! I wear them over a t-shirt so I can keep them cleaner, and even after wearing them for about 2 months now they both still look like they are new. The fabric is lovely, soft and yet sturdy. They keep me straighter and I generally feel less pain as a result of the support they give me. I have tried all kinds of other braces for the back and this is my new favorite, and they are so pretty it's just a big bonus for me!

I also want to say the customer service I have received has been terrific! The staff is friendly and so, so helpful! I have been corresponding with Zezza and she is such a sweetheart! All my emails are answered so fast I can't believe it, even after business hours in some cases, which I found amazing.

So this one is a real winner, folks. I highly recommend that you try this company and I will be buying more in the future, as I think it is a great value for the money. I did some shopping around before I bought mine and I can tell you the prices are great! I hope you enjoy yours as much as I do!

I'm actually still seeing results!!! My 18 yr old daughter Wednesday asked me before work was I wearing my sculptor.... I was shocked at when I told her I wasn't wearing it her eyes got sooooo big like WHOA!!! I can't back up everyone's experience but mines working out just fine

These are the most comfortable shapewear I've ever worn, not too tight, they don't bruise me. The fact that my big belly went missing after I pulled them up is craaaaaaazy! I'm dazed at this product and I honestly love this shapewear...literally perfect!

I saw this Body Sculptor on Snapchat I ended up was looking on the website saw all the amazing reviews I was like sure let me give it a try since I recently had a baby maybe it will make me look amazing again sure enough it did it I love it my stomach look flat I also introduced myself to it ended up getting her one & she’s loving it so much!

Shipping was in a timely manner, product was amazing she loved it.

What I love about the product is how comfortable and relaxing it makes you feel as if you are not putting on anything but as same time giving all the fitting needed.
I so much love how it fits into my dress without being visible.

ETA: their reply is disingenuous and a huge red flag- zero threats to employees, no "policies" i didnt comply with. Happy to share the email thread with anyone curious. I wrote in asking for a partial refund 6 months ago for items 2 weeks late, only got an I'm sorry return If you want, so I just gave up and stopped replying. 6 months later realize the other item I got was also garbage. I guess the "threat" was: I said I got a garbage item, they didn't refund me or even offer anything other than an I'm sorry, and so I told them I'd be leaving bad reviews for this and the fact my items arrived two weeks late.

They keep bringing up they offered me a solution and I "didn't comply"? their solution to their items arriving two weeks late was for me to return my stuff. How does that help? At the time I had wanted to keep them but was upset they were meant to arrive on 7-10 days and arrived in over three weeks (now after wear, I realize quality is not great)- bad customer service.

Bringing up that i wrote in 6 months later about the sports bra is a moot point. I explained that it was deemed a garbage item sitting in the back of my drawer- I thought I was just wearing wrong or something. As mentioned, maternity and my expanding bust made me dig it out, only to inspect it and realize what was wrong. 6 months or 1 month...the item was defective in a way i could not have caused. Again, just an I'm sorry and no refund. This is why you get the review you did. No other reason.

Original review: Generally cheap quality, horrible customer service. I received the bra a full 3 weeks after placing my order, and I have larger chest 32DDD, so I was looking forward to a fully adjustable "high impact sports bra". Unfortunately, I wore it twice and never again because the production on this item is so cheap that the two straps are literally completely different widths which causes one of the straps to stay put (it's the correct size) and the other one to constantly turn lopsided.

I'm pregnant now and it's the only bra that fits me anymore til I get maternity bras in so I've been wearing and realize that it's not my fault I was having issues with the bra...it is actually made wrong. Now granted, I got my order in April and it's October, but it's a clothing item, not food, and I've only worn it a handful of times. Even if I wore this dozens of times, the width of the strap wouldn't change. This item was just REALLY cheaply made...like should be sold at a discount department store for $15 cheap. I wrote to the company letting them know, and they said nothing but "sorry, it's too late, we're not sure, sorry."

No refunds or discounts for my original order (which arrived WAY outside the 7-10 day window and meant I had no shapewear for my wedding day), and nothing for the fact that I paid $45 for a sports bra that I can't even wear for sports and does NOT do what it is supposed to. Really, truly avoid spending your money with this unreliable company that is giving you lots of glamorous marketing- but poor quality for what it actually is. Go spend your money on a company with pride in its products and customer service.

Update: November 2nd They finally gave me a refund and told me I can keep the bra that I never received , I did have to go purchase one last minute which was annoying.Now after 1 month it says tomorrow so we'll see.

I ordered a bra for my daughter's wedding on October 2 with expedited shipping here it is the day before and it's still not here so I have to go buy another one. I have emailed them several times and they just blame their shipping company,they say they changed companies then my order retracted it's steps it might be a scam they might need to learn how to run a company because Everytime I contacted them they gave me the run around, I'm seriously upset and I'm going to try to get a refund but by reviews I'm seeing now that don't happen very easy.BE AWARE!!!!

😢 2. I took my measurements and went off your size chart to order, but EVERYTHING I ordered was way too big and offered no support at all, because they were so loose.

😢 3. I was so confident they would fit, going off your size chart, that I didn't scroll through all your website. Apparently I should have taken the time to see all the FINE PRINT you have in your website, way at the bottom and its even in a lighter print and hard to read. It's even hard to scroll that low on my iPhone, it kept moving off the screen when I went on your website and tried to find where your shipping and return policies were.

😢4. Your website says free shipping in orders $50 and above. I spent way over that so why am I being charged for shipping that was supposed to be free?

😢5. You have ripped me off for shipping and my nemesis your “Promo” special that I excepted, not knowing I couldn't get my money back if it was too big. You deliberately pop up the promo specials when I put that item in the my cart with no mention of, oh if it doesn’t fit, you can’t get your money back, that is called a rip off. I’m losing money on shipping back, losing money on postage back to you because you had to have a tracking number that cost 12 bucks to send it back and and then I’m losing the 20 bucks from you from you Keeping half of what I paid for your “Promo” special. I feel like a defiantly feel I Just got ripped off for almost $40 bucks and that’s why I think this is a scam I can't imagine how many people you have done that way. I’m going to leave a review for you.

You should always have a first time buyer exception for finding the right size when going off “YOUR” size chart, on sale or not on sale or in “Promo” or not the Items that are too big should be able to be returned with a full refund. I don’t like having to pay the shipping back but I’ve done it 😖. You can bet I am going to post all these little surprises you’ve hidden so well, WARNING everyone, about your promo specials and your sales Ponzi scheme and your shipping and return policy. I can’t imagine how many people you have ripped off with the same thing and you get your clothes back in the original condition and you resale it to somebody else and you get to make another 40 bucks off of another sucker. 😢😢😖😖😖

what I loved about the product I received is that it exceeded my expectations. I have been struggling with excepting my body for how it is but this company makes my insecurities go away. If you purchase any of this company products you will not be disappointed!
