Their website was easy to use with a lot of great items. I chose what I wanted and it arrived in a timely manner. The item fit my needs beautifully. I would probably do business with them again except that they keep harassing me to put reviews all over the place. I told them it was a 5 star experience. And it was. But I really hate getting a lot of emails harassing me so here I'm making it a three star review. Recommended for those who don't mind being bothered all the time.

I really love how this waist trainer compliments my body especially when I work out I can feel my results after than just throw it in the washer and feels new all over again

Working with BodysculptorX went smooth for me! I had a small issue after I received my order but customer service was fast and helpful to remedy the situation. I especially like the Lace Hook waist trainer shaper panties but the Zipper shapers are even less visible under my clothing. I wish I could try before i buy but that's the way it goes!

Order from this place and it's been weeks and still have not received my order. I have reached out via email and nothing. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I feel like this is a scam.

I am furious! They are holding my refund hostage literally. They have asked me to remove my review before they will issue my refund! Literally I purchased this bra, received the smallest, cheapest, bra ever. They then required me to pay for the return. Now they will not give me a refund until I remove my negative review! I don’t want anyone else to experience this horrible service!

Truly the worst customer experience I have ever had. I ordered two items from them at the beginning of July. After a month, I still had not received them, and they kept telling me I had to reach out to USPS directly. Eventually, the package was deemed to be lost in the mail, and BodySulptor refused to refund me for the $95 I spent with them. 2 full months later I had to go through my bank just to get the dispute resolved. I would absolutely never buy from here again.

This company claims to have hassle free returns! NOPE all you get is hassle. Nothing is refundable it's only for a credit to their company. This company fits only barbie dolls. To order a large item order a 6x and still don't fit. Nothing is returnable with out jumping through hoops. Send a bunch of pictures and emails only to get a credit to their site where absolutely nothing fits. I spent $190 and just throw it out the window or make a contribution to their business. You will get nothing but hassle when ALL the clothes you bought don't fit! I absolutely do not recommend ordering from this site

They no way lose the compression at all iv had mine for a while and like I said I wear one every day.they’ve designed it so good and made sure they are holding in the correct areas,like it’s not just one snatched top it’s got sections we’re it’s tighter.look when you order you will understand what I’m trying to say! I love the product the material is great I’ve washed it and it Still maintained its tight firming elasticity, I did help pull in my postpartum stomach, my only hiccup was that it took too long but when I reached out to the vendors they responded in a timely manner and reassured me That I’d get my product and showed me what the issue was with shipping very respectful but over all great product

I'm pleased with the time it took to process and receive my order. I'm extremely happy with the product. I love the way it fits and flattens my tummy. I love that it has hooks and a zipper. I'm really impressed! Most products like this that I've purchased from other companies have left me dissatisfied. That is definitely not the case with this company.

The experience I had was so very helpful throughout the entire process of completing the order. First, my Credit Union wouldn't allow me to make a transaction outside the USA unless I was physically present. I do appreciate their security for members, but even with my authorization they wouldn't allow the sale. Jan stayed in contact during my process of finding a loadable card. I finally bought a PayPal card and completed the order. On my end, I received a receipt from PayPal. When I asked Jan if we were all set, they had no record of the sale. She suggested I go to spam, it might be there. As I didn't find it there, I once again tried finishing an order in My Cart. Everything was prepopulated so again I went through the process of submitting my order. Mind you, this all took several days of multiple emails. Jan was awesome. I appreciate the patience she had with me. It was my first international sale so from here on out I now feel confident to pursue future transactions. Thank you again Jan!

UPDATE TO REFLECT REFUND: After a time consuming string of back and forth emails, they provided a refund for the bra.

I purchased a strapless bra and girdle from this company and the experience could not have been worse. Most importantly- the bra was completely defective and unwearable; the cups were made of a weird flimsy foam that wouldn’t even stay up, one cup was at least a size larger than the other, and the band wouldn’t even lie flat. The bottoms were not defective but certainly not what is advertised. The material is cheap and comparative to a girdle you can buy at Walmart.

Next, the shipping experience was atrocious. I received a notice that it was on its way, but the item didn’t update tracking for 2 whole weeks! I emailed the company and got a long sob story about how they recently switched providers and to please not take it out on a small business. I felt bad and told them I would wait, I should have read the reviews - they have been telling this same BS story FOR A YEAR.

Once I received the defective item, I contacted them and sent pictures. They said they will take it back for a return, but only if the tags were attached (HA! There ARE NO TAGS) and I had to pay to ship it!

It took a lot of unnecessary back and forth that was very frustrating, but I sid get a refund for the bra at least.

I still strongly believe the positive reviews are fake.

OMGosh, the customer service that I have received from these people, is probably THE BEST I've ever had B4! My order that I put in didn't fit me and I contacted them and they immediately got back with me and gave me the instructions to return and it's already on it's way back to me with the new size I requested! No hassles, no flack, just took care of me like I was the Only person in the World!! So not Only did they take great care of me, the Product looks and feels to be of Great QUALITY, and Well made!! I ordered on may 16th and just received it today, may 30th! I was excited to finally get my product. Unfortunately when I tried on the shapewear, it was horrible and the bra won't even go around my back. Super cheap material. I'm so disappointed and the wait was so long. I will never purchase from this company again. Waste of time and money. wish I could get a refund!

I would like to say body sculpture customer service is amazing I was worried that my package wouldn’t come on time but they assured me it would and when it came I loved it,it is just like you see in the pictures and videos I couldn’t believe it and the price is amazing it’s is also very very comfortable I thought because most shape wear is hard to breath in this would also be the same but this is completely different
