Best scooter for value of money
Great help with helping me on tracking my bogist while waiting for delivery. This is my second bogist. They are definitely one of the best and most affordable scooters I've ever had. Don't think shall I get this one. You really want this scooter. Not suitable for young kids or really young teenagers because of the speed it can go. Unless your kids are extremely sensible and will wear crash helmet and other safety gear.😁😁.

Customer service is bad
Customer service is bad. Zero, poor as if it didn't exist.
I asked them about it on chat, days later they replied in half sentences and not to the question. As if they didn't understand what I wrote, as if they were completely stupid.
Edit: Here is the answer to 27.01.2024: Good morning, did you just wake up? Have you replaced the useless customer service with a normal one? You have betrayed my trust a little, I have no desire to buy anything from you.

I bought the c1 pro for my daughter for christmas. It was missing the front brake parts and 4 screws on the bottom plate of the battery compartment. in July I got a E3 error controller error. I took it apart and found parts are breaking off the computer circuit board. The Quality of workmanship on the soldering was not done by a professional. Just going to buy the new computer and then sell it.
BIGGEST PIECE OF GARBAGE ON TWO WHEELS...DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY PAY A LITTLE MORE AND GET A MUCH BETTER SCOOTER.

Do not buy anything from this store. I have bought Bogist C1 Pro and they sent me a returned item, with many parts destroyed. The brake handlebar, the madguard, the cables, the charger, everything was broken. I will try to return the scooter and I will tell you the experience.

Awful customer service and laughable warranty
I bought my scooter in February now come August the battery is faulty and fully died. They only cover warranty for up to three months what a complete joke of a company. If I knew it was that low I would never have bought a scooter from them. Once I spoke to them they even blamed me for improper use of the scooter. To only offer three months on a £500 product says it all about this company. Care more for their bank than the customer. I will be going elsewhere where they have a better attitude towards customers who don’t blame the customer for breaking the scooter!! Disgusting attitude. I would avoid this company at all costs

Best scooter in this price range!
Ordered the scooter a little bit over a month ago. Ride it every day to work. Done over 250km so far. Fast, nice range, big hybrid wheels, stable, nice suspension, decent brakes, included seat is very comfy. I did ride it in a rain few times, no problem thanks to IP64 water and dust resistance rating, just remember to wipe it with a dry towel after. Tyres are very grippy, even during rain. It's not typical offroad scooter, but handles bumps and light terrain with gravel really well. Also, I have to mention the person from their support on messanger. Really nice and helpful person, very polite and does the job perfectly.
To be honest I cannot see any better option for this price range. Absolutely brilliant!!!
Bogist c1 pro amazing
amazing shop I have recently bought 2 bogist c1 pro myself and my brother and we couldn't be more happier with them so easy to use and very smooth to drive. we ordered them on a Monday and got them that Saturday we live in Ireland. the shop was really helpful when ordering with tracking information and anything else we wanted to know. if anybody is thinking of getting a scooter i would definitely recommend the bogist c1 pro amazing scooter.
