SCAM!! AVOID!! SCAM!!

What a bunch of scammers, I've been ripped off and sold some absolute rubbish that's nothing like what they advertised and they refuse to refund. I'm also annoyed with Facebook and Instagram for advertising these people. Don't trust buying through these websites as they obviously don't care who they advertise for, they should also be held accountable. Be careful people trust noone. Avoid these rip off merchants at all costs

Scam. Item described as linen, label states polyester. Sizing totally wrong. Shipped from China, took MONTHS. Awful.

This firm is a complete scam. They have false marketing claims on their website. I was mislead when purchasing an outfit which stated it was made from linen fabrics in the title and product line. On arrival in fact it was polyester.

It is in effect a trick to boost sales, and then have small return window to force people to keep their purchase.

I wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing from this website. I ordered a jacket which took weeks to arrive and, when it did, was nothing like what I expected in terms of quality, size or colours.

When I asked to return it, I was told I had to send it to China which would cost me a minumum of £20. I have no objection covering reasonable returns, but there is nowhere on the website (which has now disappeared) where they are clear that returns need to be sent to China. The fact the business calls itself Bohme London and that the FAQs state they design in London among other misleading points on this page (all of which I have saved to send to Advertising Standards) – I think it is reasonable to assume that returns will be made to London.

When I queried this, the customer service assistant (who largely sounded AI generated, repeating herself and failing to address any of the points I made) has point blank refused to let me send it to London or to give me a discount which makes it worth my while keeping it and trying to find a new home for the product.

I actually give zero stars to this business, but that's not an option. The worst customer service I have ever received and a very dishonest approach to trading. Avoid at all costs.

When you order anything from their site is not as described & there are loose threads everywhere the product is unfinished.

I bought 3 things & their whole site is in sale, when you want to return something they won’t allow it as its sale items & ‘stated in their policy’. Their site has been down for more than 2wks now & not allowing returns on sale items is against consumer rights (check the government website where the law is clearly stated to retailers).

When stating the items are faulty & not as described (so both damaged & not as advertised) you get the same email back saying no returns on sale items.

I spent £119 on this site which they will now not give me back, said I can “give them to a friend”. Utterly appalling, please no one else fall into this trap.

As stated by everyone else - if this could have a MINUS score then that’s what it would be! Ordered simple denim dress - arrived - collar length Is longer on one side than the other! Series of emails to complain - I’m not sure the word FAULTY means anything to them! Offered me a 10% refund to keep it??? I’ve sent it back at a cost of £11 to China not sure if I’ll ever get my refund! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE

I bought two dresses and sent them back because they were delivered late and the quality was poor. The parcel lacked any return documentation or address, but I noticed an address on the label's side. So, I paid for recorded delivery to return the parcel to that address, yet they refuse to issue a refund. I received the parcel on the 27th June and returned it on the 9th July ie within 14 days. Where are my rights?

However, please note that our system is directly connected to our suppliers, ensuring a seamless and efficient process. Once an order is placed, it is shipped directly from the supplier's end, making it impossible to cancel before shipment. As a result, we cannot offer free cancellation or returns at this time. You must first accept your package.

In cases where the order is not accepted or delivery fails, it will be returned to our supplier rather than to our return address stated on our return form. It's a rather inconvenient situation for all parties involved.

If i could rate zero I would, Website a copy of genuine company Bohme not to be mistaken for them. ordered 3 hoodies in May all the same size when they came they were about size 10, 16, 22 the motifs on the back were not central or straight awful material 100% polyester made in china. had to send several emails to get return form offered upto 40% refund to keep but they were not fit for purpose. I followed the insturctions to return to china at an additional cost of £28 special delivery signed for. Yesterday 22nd july they were returned to me reason Refused/Not collected DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Still no refund!!

This is a scam.

Don't buy from this Facebook shop. They try ro swerve their refund policy and fail to tell you a refund is to China..and will cost you too much to return.

I wish I had read the genuine reviews on TrustPilot before purchasing from ad on Instagram.

Items received were not materials as described online - were cheap and nasty quality, mainly from polyester, not 100% cotton or organic linen, as promised.

Impossible to return as policy states no refunds on sale items (all items are reduced online). They will try to put you off first by saying returns at your expense to China, then if you pursue, offer you to keep items and have a gift card, then later if you continue to insist, they offer 20% refund. They basically want you to not return or request a refund and make it almost impossible to get your money back.

Standard email reply from customer service, which sometimes takes days to get. Despite my continued efforts stating I have protected rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, they are continuing to only offer 40% as final refund, which I have now reluctantly accepted in order to get some compensation from them. Will be amazed if this actually ever appears in my bank account….will update if/when received! Will also be contacting Trading Standards and Citizens Advice to get them taken down.

Do not buy from this company, it is a complete rip off. The product is very poor quality and not like the advert or website, and when I sought to return it they said I have to ship it to China which will cost a fortune.
They call themselves Bohme London with a .co.uk website but they are not a UK company. You can only contact them by email. No address, no phone number, no company number. You have been warned! I will not be so naive in the future. £35 down the drain.

If I could give less than one star I would. Absolute SCAM!! Poor quality items. Misleading website pretending to be London based but items ship from China. Everything on website is marked down so that when you want to return, not only do you have to ship to China, but they won’t accept the returns as they are on ‘sale’ items that they don’t accept! They string you along, email after email, so that you are past their 14 day return window ( it takes longer than that to send to China anyway!) SCAM - AVOID!!!

Have just spent £200 with this company and I can’t believe the rubbish that has turned up, the clothing is absolutely awful, I wouldn’t even give it to a tramp. I was under the impression it was a London store, not China, I won’t even attempt to send this back and will swallow the loss, but a big lesson learned, don’t buy from places you don’t know that appear on Facebook 🙈!!!!!!!

Poor quality, nothing like what is advertised on line and shipped from China. The material was even different to advertised on linen trousers I thought I ordered. Returns have to go back to China within 14 days so they know you won’t send them back due to the cost of return. A scam and should be reported.

Trustpilot please note your site is adding to the confusion on reviews for Bohme. You have the rip-off Bohme listed as Bohme London but when you view the Bohme rip-off site it only states Bohme not Bohme London and their emails are from Bohme or BOHME the same as the well reviewed Bohme apart from the French ‘two dots’ above the ‘o’. When I initially reviewed to see if the rip off site was ok I was confident that it was as your site took me directly to the good Bohme. So very confusing and something you may want to highlight at the top of the good reviewed Bohme site as they are now receiving correspondence from those of us who have been misled and ultimately ripped off. Thank you.

Misleading representation of quality clothing.

The most poorly made and designed clothes I've come across in a long time. And especially for the extortionate prices. VERY slow delivery, missed when I needed them by and so I am now stuck with an expensive but utterly rubbish pair of trousers. In no way are these products worth the money you spend. Don't waste your money!!!!

Products are terrible quality.
Returns are impossible - you have post recorded delivery to china at your own cost.

I did ask to return and they gave me an additional 20% off to keep the items - they that if you have made the mistake of ordering!
