Its a shame that i cant give 0 stars. Do not use this company. The clothes are terrible and nothing like the images on the website.

They are not based in the UK so you cannot return anything. Have to pay £25 to return items to China.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! When i requested to return items, they stated it had to be done in 12 days (actually 14 but they took 2 days to respond to my email) and I had to pay postage back to China! It doesn't state this anywhere on their returns policy. I complained on their facebook page and they removed the page and re-opened it as Luna London, which then disappeared again when I put a negative comment on that. The quality of the clothes was really poor (thin fabric) and they also state in the small print that you can't return more that 3 'sale' items - but ALL their clothes are 'reduced'!

Quality of products is very poor, they are not based in London as they claim to be, products are shipped from China and they claim returns need to be sent to China.

They also have a return/ refund policy that is unlawful and agains UK/ EU consumer rights.

They do not have a contact number and the customer service email gets you through to someone who just continuously sends you the same blanket email without any helpful information or answering your questions directly.

Avoid. Bad company says they are based olin London but they are based in china. Dress is cheap material and badly made. No care labels. Returns have to go back to china at a high cost. Avoid this scam.

Dreadful. Chinese company (not UK), took weeks to receive, cheap and ugly fabric, days to answer emails and they don’t take response stability for shipping costs back to China. Outrageous.

The quality is really poor. I then asked for the address to return, they kept on giving me discounts instead of sending the refund address - then after asking repeatedly for about a week - they told me I was too late to return

Would never have placed an order had I known that goods were being shipped from China. Order took several weeks to arrive and when it did dresses were cheap and nasty, not at all as expected. On enquiring how to return items, I was informed that order would have to be returned to China and then subsequently informed that the return could not be accepted as dresses were on sale. Awful experience.

Omg I wish I had found this page before I bought. The items are totally different to those advertised on the site. Different material, colour and shape. I ordered a linen shirt with brown buttons. I got a polyester shirt with white buttons.

Plus they say they are in London but all items are shipped from China, it takes 3 weeks for delivery, and then you can’t easily send them back

I'm reluctant to give even 1 star. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
The website suggests that they are based in London. However, if you wish to return an item then you must post back to China at a cost of around £30. They do not tell you this until you try to start the returns process. They then try and make offers of refunding part of the cost and you keep items, or a gift card for a % of cost of the items. Quality of clothing is very poor in addition to sizing issues. I have reported them to Trading Standards and will issue a claim in civil courts against them.

This company is a total scam!! I am
trying to get a refund because the jumpsuit I ordered didn’t suit me and they will not give me the return details. Instead they are now offering me a gift card to buy more poor quality scam clothing. I just want my money back. Definitely a scam!!!

I’m going to get these closed down if it’s the last thing I do … starting a war with them with my followers

AVOID unless you want to be out of pocket or receiving very poor quality clothing that are not fit for purpose! I have reported their Facebook Ad today- previous reviews are saying they have too yet they are still advertising!

Deceptive Advertising: It's easy to confuse BOHME.co.uk with another reputable company of the same name. This is intentional, as they use similar branding and advertising tactics to lure customers into believing they are buying from the well-reviewed BOHME.

Misleading Descriptions: The clothes I received were nothing like what was advertised online. The pictures on the website are completely misleading, and the actual products are of very poor quality and ill-fitting.

Long Delivery Times: It took several weeks for my order to arrive

Poor Quality: The materials were cheap, and the items were poorly made. They looked and felt very different from the advertised images.

Returns Process: Returning the items was impossible. The company makes it extremely difficult to return products stating items on sale can not be returned - which is everything, as they purposely mark items on sale

This company is a total scam and is not the reputable company of a similar name that sells quality clothes. The products shipped do not in any way resemble the items that are advertised and are of substandard quality. They will not accept a return, try to offer you something else (ie a discount) and warn you that you'll have to pay the excessive cost of shipping if you don't accept their offer of a discount. I am disappointed with myself for falling for this scam of a company. I have also advised Facebook that their advertising is a total con and hope that they remove them from their website.

Clothing of poor quality and as for sizing!
Do not even consider buying from this company-tried to return an item at a cost of £12.50, not worth the effort, which I suspect is their business model.

This is a scam company operating out of China. I ordered a coat for £40. When received I didn’t like it so asked for a refund. At first they sent an email saying would I like to swap. I said no and that I wanted a refund. They then sent another email saying I could keep the coat and get 20% of the money back. Or I could return it to China and pay the tracking fee which they said could be up to €30. I guess if I sent it without tracking they would claim it never arrived. So reluctantly I’ve accepted the £10 back and have a coat I don’t like.

This is a company based in China pretending to be BOHME. They are not affiliated to BOHME.COM in any way. I ordered a jacket thinking it was the UK arm of BOHME and when it had shipped but not arrived, I checked with the company about the delay. It turns out it was being sent from China. There isn't even a warehouse in the UK! I have made BOHME.COM aware of this knock-off company copying their brand and they are going to look into any infringements of their intellectual property.
