Fabulous boiler fitter mattao .worked hard over 2 days and basically put central heating for me.he was respectful as I have disability issues.very polite and even put taps in for me obviously I paid for that but he gave me a discount.

Gasman was quick clean tidy polite and explained everything required.

Excellent advice from Paul Hughes who was the most helpful, knowlegeable and pleasant to speak to. Everything arranged by Boilerhut so I had to do very little and also very good help and advice from Ann-Marie and Sharon who would usually answer the phone.
Anthony came and installed the new boiler in a couple of days with a lot of new pipework due the the repositioning of the boiler; he did a perfect job, very pleased.

Boilerhut are a very professional company who will look after your needs from the onset.
I found myself in safe hands whilst talking to Paul Hughes who answered all my questions and made me feel at ease.
The engineer who carried out the install was thorough and the new boiler was up and running on the same day, he filled out all the necessary paper work and left the site tidy with my tenant happy as she now had a the heating restored.
I would recommend boilerhut to anyone needing a new boiler.

Our 15 year old combi boiler sprung a leak on Saturday and would have needed several hundred pounds to repair. Decided to invest in a new one, and a bit of research came up with Viessmann as a well established brand, with steel heat exchanger, weather compensation, and option of OpenTherm if boiler controls did not suit.

Not many Viessmann installers in my area (WB still seems the default choice for most heating engineers). Rather than me try and hunt around for quotes on Monday, the Internet made me aware of several national boiler installation websites, some even specialising in Viessmann. Boilerhut looked promising.

Sitting down after lunch on Sunday I used their online estimate system to get an idea of cost, which was more or less as expected (that is, very expensive, but par for the course these days).

Half an hour later I had a phone call from Paul and quite a long chat to narrow down my requirements. A quote arrived later that day. The following day, Monday, Paul rang again as he had an installer available for Wednesday, an offer I took him up on.

Anthony arrived on time on Wednesday and install all went smoothly, except for some difficulty in separating the existing boiler from its pipework, and then later on in getting a wifi connection for the boiler. I was happy to have hot water and heating so signed off assuming I could sort out the wi-fi myself. Got a wi-fi range extender and all is now well - I have an Internet enabled boiler.

I certainly didn't expect to have a new boiler up and running three days after first contacting Boilerhut. Excellent service and great customer care from Paul and the rest of the team. Thanks!

I ordered a new Viessmann boiler from Boilerhut because a competitor (with whom I had initially placed the boiler order) were not able to install it when they arrived as they said the external flue fitting through botha flat and pitched roof was beyond their capability.
Boiler hut installed the boiler with skill and competence. There were a couple of hiccups which though rectified would normally have resulted in less than a 5* review. Firstly I discovered at the end of the installation that the wrong model had been installed, and secondly a lpipework leak developed a few hours after the engineer left on a Friday evening!
The wrong, but very similar, boiler had been supplied to Boilerhut by Viessmann and the error was not picked up until it had been installed. Boilerhut expalined that the performance of the model supplied was very similar to that ordered and would provide the heating and hot water requirements of the house. They offered me the choice of keeping the boiler and some compensation or replacement with the model ordered. I decided to keep the boiler installed.
Regarding the leak Boilerhut went above and beyond over the weekend to get an engineer to us to fix it.
Now very pleased with the new boiler. Problems do occur from time to time, and it is how the supplier addresses them that determines the rating given. Hence 5*.

I had a boiler breakdown on Wednesday and boiler hut fitted me a new one on the Friday, excellent service from communication to fitting.

Don’t waste time looking for anyone else to do your boiler installs. Cracking service, top installation, customer service was excellent (Paul was so helpful and efficient on the other end of the phone), but ultimately… they install proper stuff! Top quality boiler with solid copper piping, that was fitted beautifully. Top job at a very good price. I would recommend this firm to anyone

New boiler installed via boilerhut based in Cardiff. They were very highly recommended by my neighbours.All went well eventually. Paul kept me very well informed. Paul really cares to help the customer day and night! He delivered a wonderful service and answered his phone every time. Not all went well however. The fitter though good could not bring his van & came in his saloon car. He had to come back twice to take away the old boiler and packaging of new one as not all fitted in the boot of his car. If he had had a van the rubbish could have been taken in one go. The boiler works very well but it took 2 days until Anthony got it right. He did and was very willing to show me everything. Boiler delivered with a faulty dial actually broken! Factory fault I was told. ( despite made in Germany). It went well in the end but not without hiccups. Dr Glees, Surrey.

Excellent communications. Good value quote. Really good engineer came and did a very through job of flushing both the boiler and the system. Job is guaranteed for a year. Highly recommended company.

Boilerhut were excellent from responding to my initial request for a quote to a prompt installation. Also how they reacted when we had a minor problem after the installation.
