What a sweetheart!
Was having problems with a heating issues and a resulting reoccurring electrical failure. It was initially thought this issue related to my boiler. I contacted the team and they were quick to arrange and engineer visit for me at a suitable time and date. I pay the monthly protection plan so this call out had no charge. I was given a courtesy call 45 mins before arrival. John came and spent a good while taking a very thorough look at the problem, eventually concluding that it was not an issue related to the boiler so therefore not something he could fix BUT before leaving he narrowed down the issue for me and gave me helpful advice as to what the next steps would be to take. He even bought down my Christmas jumpers for me whilst he was in the attic checking over the boiler for me after I explained being reluctant to go up there because of spiders! Even though he wasn’t able to fix the issue he went out of his way to be helpful, friendly and professional and i am very appreciative!
Excellent company and service
I didn't know this company when I was looking to get some expert advice and also the best option to replace the valiant boiler I've had for almost 21 years. They gave both, I was extremely happy and felt confident with their expertise and knowledge and overall cost to cover any extra eventualities. Brilliant service.
Fitting of new gas boiler.
Engineer Chris arrived at scheduled time.
He removed the old, and installed a new boiler in about four and a half hours. He explained the running of the boiler. He laid down covers to prevent any mess and removed his boots when going up stairs in the house. Very professional operator.
The old boiler and debris was removed shortly after the work was complete.

The boiler plan engineer was excellent. He went out of his way to make sure he didn’t interrupt our family routine. He was prompt, polite explained everything very clearly . Problem solved and sorted things quickly Made sure I was happy with everything and left no mess . Excellent service

After 27 years of service and paying British Gas through the nose for cover then to have it condemned by them when it did fail and cover stopped,we decided upon Boiler Plan to help us replace it.

New ‘Boiler plan’ boiler
Needed a new boiler as ours was 20+ years old, but still working (just). Had quotes from BG and boiler plan and boiler plans was far more reasonable for the same kit. Salesman wasn’t at all pushy and the engineer on the day was superb, a great experience all round.
Installation went very well
Installation went very well. A slight problem was that two days before, a package containing the wireless link was sent to the wrong address. (28 instead of 2B Main Street). Fortunately the person who received it, put a message on the local Facebook page which we picked up. This caused us some concern that the installers might also go to the wrong address. However all went well on the day.
The person who did the survey left the company, and we had some days delay in getting the order placed. There was also some delay in Barclays Bank sending the agreement

Just seen all these great reviews for boilerplan installations, please believe me this is where all the good stuff end this by far the worst customer service ever I have had to reset my boiler ever single day for the last 6 months 2 broken sensors no show engineer twice for repair had to wait 2 weeks for a part that sells on ebay for £3.85p, 1 no show for annual service. As far as I am concerned they have stolen my money and gave me a crap boiler. We are both pensioner's are still waiting on the engineer today looks like another no show was advised yesterday he would be between 8am-12am ps this boiler will be out of my house by next week.

Liam was excellent. Worked all day to make sure I had some heating and hot water on the day off the boiler installation despite it being a conversion from regular boiler to combi! Couldn’t recommend him enough!

The process was very easy and Dean was fantastic, he didn’t stop working from the minute he got here, he was very professional and explained the system very clearly once it was fitted.
Boiler upgrade
My old boiler was still working so I was in no desperate rush for the new install it was just old.
My sales consultant was a gent called Greame and he was just great, very helpful and not at all pushy. we decided to go for the quote and a date was set, about 1 weeks notice.
Our installer Jack, was also great, very clean organised and very proficient. Great job!
Impossible to contact
I’ve called twice, filled in an online form and emailed twice about getting a boiler under the ECO arrangements. No one has got back to me, even to determine whether or not we’re eligible. It’s now been 3 weeks and our house is getting colder each day. I’d stay away from this company if you can.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I took out a boiler cover with this company online & a few days later I tried to contact them by email/chat & telephone but could not get any replies, as far as I'm concerned, this is a company with very poor customer service & if this is bad then the rest must be as well, so my advice is, if you want customer service, go somewhere else.

Arranged my 1st annual boiler service and the appointment got cancelled and I was informed at 1pm, great I've wasted a whole day waiting for you..
Rearranged it for another date but this time I waited in the whole day and not one of you lousy staff had the decency to give me a call to say nobody was coming..

I contacted Boiler Plan UK initially for a quote for a new boiler. I was so impressed by the assurances and information provided to me by the firm's representative, that I chose this firm.
There were a few unexpected issues during the course of the actual installation process but the firm dealt with them all professionally and genuinely cared. They are 100% reliable. I would have no hesitation but to recommend them wholeheartedly - for their professionalism.
