Would highly recommend Heatco Scotland. Kevin and Tom were very professional and thorough when it transpired there were a few underlying issues with pipes going back 21 years ago when house was built and they still managed to finish installation in a day. No mess or inconvenience and old boiler was taken away. Thank you so much from a very satisfied customer.

Came and saw the old boiler, ordered new one at a good price came two days later and fitted it. Adam came in and covered the whole place with plastic hence not one bit of mess. Old boiler out new one in and working in 4 hours. Fantastic service recommend these guys 100%.

Very pleased with quality of work carried out installing new boiler. Adam arrived on time on date arranged and cleared up well when finished.

Great service, price and communication. Kevin was able to provide guidance on the most suitable type of boiler for our home. All the work was completed in a single day as planned, including removal and disposal of the old boiler, installing the new boiler in a new location, everything tested and set up with Hive controls. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, my old boiler broke down on Sunday, Kevin was out on Monday evening to survey and arranged for one of his engineers to be out 1st thing Wednesday morning. The engineer Thomas was on time and fitted the new boiler by just after lunchtime. Great service and very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone. 5 star service

A great job by Kevin. Fitted out new boiler between Christmas and New year as we were without heating and hot water. I would highly recommend Heatco Scotland, they done a great job and even rectified some incorrectly fitted pipe work from the previous boiler.

From quote to installation Heatco provided excellent service. Professional install and all done to a high standard. The work was all done on the day with no mess. Great company, great guys great service!

The communication was professional and prompt with Kevin, from initial enquiry through to post works. Engineer who attended was also professional, polite, tidy and very knowledgeable. The works were undertaken with ease and having a new boiler installed has made so much difference to our house.

It was very straightforward doing business with Kevin, I had to delay him coming to quote because another engineer who had been in the flat had tested positive and we needed to wait for a PCR result, but once he came everything was achieved within a few days, he always got back to me promptly and indeed returned the following day to rebleed two radiators which weren't performing well, all in all a good service and will use him for annual servicing- his price wasn't the cheapest but was reasonable and I chose him because of the trust pilot reviews.

Kevin was brilliant throughout. Showed up on time when he said he would (and I didn't get this experience with some other installers). Was knowledgeable about boilers and answered all my questions, found a suitable boiler and the price was a strong price.
During installation, clean, efficient and done everything they said they would.
Would happily use again and will be using for the annual servicing of the boiler as the service was great.

Fantastic service from Kevin and his installer Adam. Boiler deemed beyond repair by our boiler cover engineer on Tuesday with them unable to replace until 16th December but contacted Heatco Scotland and straight away Kevin responded and came out to quote a couple of hours later. Delighted that he was then able to advise which boiler was best and he was able to book us in for installation the next day. First thing yesterday morning their friendly engineer Adam arrived and despite having to go to work I felt happy leaving him to get on with the job of installing in our garage. He did a perfect job even replacing our old flue and giving us a free carbon monoxide detector. No mess, no fuss and we are delighted that we now have heating and hot water again. Kevin offers a yearly service option and we will definitely be booking him for that next year. Thoroughly recommend.
