I just want to say a big thank you to Heatco Scotland Ltd, they really did do a great job. The quote was reasonable and the summary of what work would be carried out was very clear.

When an issue or something that needed an alternative resolution did present itself, it was handled really well, "we can't do A, but how about option B, C or D?". You can't ask for any more than that.

I met a couple of the guys throughout the day and they were all cracking characters, really friendly and polite.

Called on Monday. Visited on Tuesday. Delivered and installed on Thursday.

Took care of everything from start to finish. Cleaned up as they went. No rubbish. Called the call centre to fix a problem. Left only when I was happy and everything was working correctly. Money was secondary to Kevin throughout. No hard sale. No pressure. Answered my call when I called. Registered all my warranties. Will be using yearly for service. Won’t touch another company again. 10 years parts and Labour warranty. Excellent service and Employees.

Fantastic service from Kevin and his team last week following leakge from previous bolier. Our new boiler was fitted in 4 days. Without question would use them again.

Great service, would highly recommend Heatco Scotland Ltd. Old boiler was still working but hot water tank was leaking so, after going over my options with Kevin, decided to opt for a new combi boiler. Adam, and Kevin, fitted the new boiler and pipework in a day with no mess taking away the tank and old pipes. Best decision, and I now have pressure in my taps!
