Brilliant service from Heatco. Turned up on time. Worked throughout in a less than comfortable space. Installed my new boiler with great quality despite it being in an outhouse and left everything neat and tidy.
James did a great job and explained the operation clearly after completion. Would recommend Heatco to anyone.

Grant arrived as agreed on time and went through the whole thing and strongly recommended the correct boiler that was most suited we also agreed a date and time

For the installation etc , he has done a great job from start through to completion

the price quoted for the job was the prce Ipaid even though there turned out to be more work to be done .fromthe time Adam the engineer arrived at0730 until he leftleaving the house all clean andworkingthe boss off the company is not adverse to gettinbg his hands dirty as popped in got stuck in helping ADAM TO FINISH THE JOB EARLIER THAN QUOTED.well done lads will certainly used you for the maintenence. .

Heatco.Scotland Ltd had previously installed a boiler in my daughter's property so I had a previous positive experience with Kevin and his team. The installation of a combi boiler in my house was hassle free and competitively priced. If you want an honest quote and first class workmanship Heatco has to be first on your list when asking for a quotation

From Kevin's first call to me to the installation this has been a first class service, Kevin was very clear and transparent with his assessment of the job, timings and quotation, James arrived to fit the boiler and was also a great guy, pleasant, polite and professional, if you want a company that delivers superlative service at a great price with excellent communication, choose Heatco Scotland, they were quite simply brilliant.

After being messed around by another company I put in a quote request with Heatco as we didn't have a working boiler. Grant came out the same day, gave us a quote and answered all the questions I had. I changed my mind on the type of boiler we wanted and they messaged back with a new quote shortly after. It was all booked on Monday and was installed by James on Wednesday with no issues. We live in a flat so I was expecting something to go wrong, but everything went smoothly thanks to James.

I would definitely use this company again and couldn't recommend them enough.

Our 16 year old boiler broke down recently and I called a few different companies for quotes. Kevin came round the day after I called and we discussed the various options. I already had a specific brand of boiler in mind, and Kevin was able to quote me for this. His quote was significantly lower than some other companies, and having read previous reviews I felt confident in moving forward with the installation. This was on a Friday. Kevin kept in touch with me over the weekend and confirmed that he would have someone over on Tuesday to fit the boiler.

8am on Tuesday morning James arrived and did a great job of installing the new boiler. We had only recently had a brand new kitchen fitted and the old boiler was nicely hidden in a standard cupboard so we were a bit anxious about the new boiler not fitting in the space or there being pipework visible, but James was able to fit the new boiler in the same cupboard very neatly even though it was a bit of a tight space. He also put down some protection on the area around where he was fitting the boiler to make sure there was no mess and made sure everything was nicely cleaned up.

The new boiler has been in for a few weeks and the heating and hot water has been working perfectly. The new boiler is so much quieter and seems far more efficient than our old one.

A great service from start to finish from Kevin and James, at a really reasonable price. I would not hesitate to recommend to my family and friends.

After several disappointing experiences with different companies—some of whom didn’t even show up or did poor-quality work—I was honestly quite nervous about getting our combi boiler replaced. I was worried about which company would come and whether they’d do a proper job.

Thankfully, HeatCo proved to be reliable and professional. They completed the installation quickly and with great attention to detail. Even when an issue came up (which wasn’t their fault), they were quick to respond and very helpful in resolving it. Their willingness to assist, even when they weren’t responsible for the problem, really impressed me.

It’s a relief to finally find a company I can count on. I highly recommend HeatCo and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again.

Fast, easy and great job, no complaints

Kevin was the first firm I had out for a quote. He didn’t pressure me in to buying a new boiler and talked me through everything.He even moved a job to fit me in for installation the next day as I had no hot water for three days. Kevin the Engineer who fitted it arrived on time and was lovely and explained everything. From start to finish I would recommend.

I had a few companies quote for a solar and battery installation. Heatco Scotland Ltd were the best in explaining the requirements to complete the install and were very competitive on price. Sometimes the cheapest is not the best in my view. The job was managed over two days and we are very impressed with the workmanship and set up. I would strongly recommend Kevin and his team.

Outstanding service from Kevin from the moment we contacted him about getting a new combi boiler. Can’t fault the process in any way. On the day of fitting both Kevin and Robbie kept us well informed of the process and everything was done according to the plan. Everything was cleaned away and the place was left spotless. I am extremely happy to have went with Heat Co Scotland. Would highly recommend them to our friends and family.

I needed a new boiler and I shopped around for the best deal and I found that I could get my boiler through Worcester website and they put me in touch with Heatco Kevin to install. He was great, the quote on the website I got was for a boiler that was too small for my house, he went through all the options and still honored the price quoted for me and then he got me a hive at a really good price. The whole experience was smooth and simple - boiler check booked in for the next year on the day we installed. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Purchased my new boiler through the Worcester/Bosch website. Very simple. They referred me to their approved installer Heatco Scotland and received a call from Kevin same day and agreed an installation date the following week. Robbie arrived as planned and worked non stop for 4 1/2 hours. High quality work and very professional. No hassle. Old boiler removed everything left clean and explained all the working before leaving. Great service and a good competitive price. Highly recommend
