I have just had a new combi boiler fitted today and I'm absolutely delighted with the customer experience from start to finish. Kevin and his team were superb. I requested quotes from several other companies and pricing was pretty similar however the professionalism, courtesy extended and accreditations made my decision very easy. The job was completed on the date and time agreed with minimum disruption with no mess and all rubbish removed. I would highly Kevin and his crew I certainly had no regrets to award them my business and you won't either. Thanks a million to all the team at Heatco Scotland. Extremely pleased with the installation of our Air Source Heat Pump and solar panels. Kevin and his team, Adam and Robbie, worked very efficiently and workmanlike. The installation for the ASHP involved difficult underfloor working to avoid pulling up our floorboards and this was all done with the minimum of disruption. Installation was to a high standard and is operating very satisfactorily. We would have no hesitation in recommending HeatCo Scotland for their quality and service.

Replacement of 20year old boiler went smoothly with no problems thanks to Kevin,who did site inspection and advised on replacing boiler and controls.Also Adam who did new boiler installation leaving everything clean and tidy.

I have also arranged for Heatco to do Annual Boiler Inspection.

Excellent service the guys were on time and proceeded to work straight away replacing my old boiler . They explained everything as they went along and took time and care in navigating some of the more tricky aspects of the install. Before they left they cleared up all the packaging from the new boiler and took the old boiler away. 5 stars! extremely good service I have already recommended them to other people and would definitely use again.

Kevin responded to my enquiry quickly and my boiler was installed the following day at an excellent price. Adam was the engineer and he was very hardworking, polite and helpful and the boiler was installed within 5 hours. Kevin registered the boiler with the manufacturer and sent the certificate by email. I have no hesitation in totally recommending Heatco for a very professional service!

Kevin and team helped with a boiler install and were professional, the quote was fair, communication great and finance option helpful. The install required some thinking around roof access - on the day the team did the work very quickly without any issues and cleaned up before they left. I asked this company to quote because my daughter had used them and was absolutely delighted. There price was good they came on the day arranged. The engineer started work at 8.30 and worked without a break until completed. No mess no problems. Explained everything to me. Follow up again excellent.

Kevin clearly explained the boiler options that I have and recommended what he thought best meets my requirement. And although I know he'd want a sales from me, he wasn't pushy and wasn't shortchanging anything. He's professional, friendly and accommodating.

There was a much lower quote from another company, but decided to go with them after verifying the 'bad' reviews from the other company.

Highly recommended. I hope any after sales support or service that I might need in the future is also just as good (as what I read from other reviewers).

I was on the Worcester web site to see the best boiler that was suitable for my needs. I was undecided what to pick so they said that they would arrange an engineer to give me a call
The boiler I hade was coming up to 15years old and was needing regular call out to have it fixed.
Alan came to the house and give me a quote on a new boiler replacement and saved me a few hundred pounds as I was going to buy the more expensive boiler that I didn't need
We agreed a date and time as he had to order the boiler from the manufacture. Once installed Alan sent me the 10 year guarantee parts and labour the next day. (my last boiler I got fitted wasn't registered by the engineer and just before the 2 year guarantee was up I had to make a claim. it was null and void that taught me a expensive lesson)

Replaced our old gas boiler, provided us with options and the pros and cons of each. Installed within half a day, very professional and courteous engineer. Very tidy and disposed of the old boiler. Great service and communication, would definitely recommend.
