I have nothing but praise for the professionalism of all the staff involved in the renewal of my gas boiler. Kevin arrived and surveyed the property and clearly explained all the options, warranty and pricing. On the date of installation the team arrived on time and fully explained what was happening. They then got to work quietly and efficiently, whilst keeping us updated on the process. On completion of the work they fully explained the operation of the boiler and left the house as they had found it. All employees involved were friendly, efficient and competent. Well done and thanks to all.

HEATCO are a no-nonsense business. Kevin explained our options clearly with none of the usual salesman patter. We had 3 other companies come to give us quotes and ended up with headaches.

After contacting boiler guide, Kevin made contact with myself. His manner was calm, clear and concise and he was able to explain the problem with my boiler. This was in stark contrast to the other companies that used pressure selling techniques and incorrect information to sell me a new boiler. He was able to install and help me set up finance for new boiler making the process quick and painless.

Found Heatco Scotland via the Worcester Bosch search function. Carried out a tender between a few companies looked at Worcester Bosch, Valiant and Indesit options. Choose Heatco Scotland based on 12 year warranty, price, first impressions of going through the quote process and read a few of these reviews. We choose to get a New combo boiler installation of Worcester Bosch Greenstar 35 replacing a 17 year system boiler. We have a great new working boiler that has been relocated to the garage from previous utility space. All old boiler parts were removed. New hive system in play. Guys also installed 4 new radiators as well. Great service and would recommend Heatco to others looking for a new boiler.

After some research online gave Heatco and another company the chance to survey for my boiler replacement. Both companies very reasonable prices (other company slightly cheaper). But the difference came in the level of professionalism and service that appeared apparent from Kevin and Heatco. Full explanation in layman's terms of options, what was required and what would happen on the day. On the install, the guy worked very efficiently and cleanly. Good after sales as well with phone calls to check everything.

A great company, can't recommend highly enough. I contacted Kevin who carried out a site visit the very next day and provided a full quotation on the same day. The quotation was very competitive. The installation was done within one week. The engineer was superb and did a fantastic job. He carried out all works on time, extremely professionally and left everything immaculate. We will also be having the annual service carried out by Heat Co.

Can’t recommend this company enough. Great, informative and professional communication from the start and turned up to fit new boiler when agreed. Very competitive price. Stevie who fitted the boiler explained how it worked and left the place very tidy.
Will be using them to service boiler when required and have already recommended to a family member.

Kevin gave a competitive quote with great advice on the most appropriate boiler to meet my requirements. Arranged the install on date that suited me. Graeme done the boiler install on the day and ensured everything was explained pre and post install. Old boiler removed and everything cleaned up afterwards. Kevin done the gas safety check, all the warranty paperwork and an overview of the new boiler controls. Would be happy to recommend this company.

Great service from start to finish! Kevin contacted me next day to arrange visit and do quote. New boiler installed on a date to suit me. Stephen arrived on schedule on 20 October. Checked job with me and then got started. Great worker, got job done without wasting time. Clean and tidy. Explained everything and answered my questions. Kevin and Stephen were both friendly and professional. Would recommend Heatco and would use them again.

1st contact with Kevin on Saturday evening, survey carried out on Sunday afternoon and boiler installed by Tuesday afternoon. Competitive price, arrived on time, no mess, waste all removed. What's not to like! Brilliant job!

From the first contact via email-telephone, Kevin's initial visit and the fitting day it all went smoothly. I liked that no payment was made until the job was completed, ensuring all was well. They registered my new boiler as part of the deal. I look forward to the annual boiler service next year.

Organised a boiler replacement through Worcester Bosch Fasttrack installation and was offered a quote from Heatco Scotland and a confirmed date which I accepted Kevin contacted me the next day to organise and confirm the date, then phoned the day before the install to let me know that Adam would be installing and would arrive between 9 and 9.30 He duly arrived at 9am and got straight to work and was finished by 3pm the service was extremely impressive and well organised and I would happily recommend Heatco to anyone looking for all Heating requirements with a high standard of workmanship and knowledge, it was a pleasure dealing with Kevin and Adam from start to finnish and would like to thank them both

Excellent Service from initial contact, with a very competative quotation right through to completion of my Solar System installation. Technical knowledge 2nd to none, no hard sales push and good survey and discussion around positioning of panels and battery system.
