Kevin visited me within days of contacting him after a recommendation to get a better price and service than British Gas. Kevin quoted a £1000 cheaper. A date was given for the following week & Stephen fitted the new boiler and was finished and away with all the mess cleared up within 5 hours having also showed me how it works.
Kevin called a few days later to check I was satisfied.
I would recommend Heatco Scotland Ltd for their quick efficient and courteous service.

Would Highly recommend Heatco Scotland. It Started when Kevin came to the house for the first time. He went through the options available for the Solar and Battery Storage that would suit the house rather than some other businesses who had visited and you felt they were just trying to sell you the product
The installation team did exactly what they said they would do. They helped with the Warranty registration, downloading the Apps to monitor the system etc.
All in all, the company was very professional and Knowledgeable and did an excellent job.

These are the boys you want on your solar panel/ battery install. It all went great, part of the team fitted the panels while the sparks completed all the electrical gear in the house … would have been all done by lunch time if it wasn’t for the poor 4g signal . Best service from this company. Kevin came round within a couple of days to quote for our new boiler despite us being quite some distance from his locale. Quoted for the works there and then on his visit, with his engineers following up to fit our new boiler within the week. His engineers were professional, tidy and had the job done within the day. Kevin then followed up with a courtesy call to make sure all was well. Definitely would recommend Heatco, no hesitation whatsoever and all done at a competitive and fair price. Stephen arrived on time and carried out the boiler installation quickly and efficiently with the minimum of fuss. He removed all the old boiler detritus and left the cupboard in a clean and tidy condition. Explained all the controls to me in simple language (it had to be) and answered all my questions.

This team came recommended.
They were so helpful and professional and helped me pick the best option in terms of payment etc.

Kevin came round on the same evening that I called for a quote and was very professional as we discussed different boiler options. I already had a fair idea of what I wanted and he quoted a very good price within a day or so. Fitted by Adam a couple of weeks later (we weren't in a hurry) and a thoroughly professional job and
manner. What a good experience to work with a company who care about their customers and follow up to make sure everything is ok. Highly recommend.

Used Heatco in 2020 for a replacement boiler, subsequently they have helped with new pipes for our gas hob and fitted a new radiator that we supplied. Kevin and his team are friendly and professional. Kevin even managed to find a spare ten minutes at short notice to help with removing a radiator so I could decorate behind it.

Needed a new boiler,Kevin came out on Friday ,he was very helpful unlike some other companies,he advised what was needed and managed to arrange fitting on the Monday! Adam (I think that was his name) did a great job and cleaned up afterwards.
I highly recommend this company and a good price too.

Fantastic service. After Homeserve said I would need scaffolding to replace the boiler in my top-floor tenement flat, involving a further 3 week delay, someone recommended Heatco. Kevin came out the same day to survey & determined scaffolding was not required. The boiler was installed on the next working day, no fuss. I highly recommend Heatco, and will be using them for all my plumbing & heating needs.

I had three good quotes for my replacement boiler not making it an easy decision, however Kevin's price and delivery were excellent.

Searching for a new Central Heating Boiler began with the beauty parade, Four Companies invited to tender the job. A well known major player, fell at the first hurdle as they had broken my old boiler whilst undertaking a service.
Kevin from Heatco, was knowledgeable and courteous, and the quote received and was detailed to the point of making it easy to compare with the other offerings.
Contract awarded, date of installation agreed, and text received on the morning of installation informing me to look out for Adam.
I never caught the bricklayers name, he must be a member of the magic circle, as you could not see where he had repaired the old vent hole. The electrician, a man light on his feet was in and out at the blink of an eye.
Adam was very efficient and cleaned up as he went and on completion.

Overall an excellent install from start to finish.

What can I say , but a big THANK YOU!!

Kevin was out to see me within a couple of hours, and I was give a very reasonable quote for replacement of my boiler , considering it was the Thursday before Easter , new boiler was fitted by the Wednesday,
Adam was able to arrive a little bit earlier for me in able to get to my workplace on time , on returning I would of expected a bit of dust , but no not a spec ( if anything clearer than when I left )
