Kevin and Adam were absolutely fabulous in installing our new boiler. We were quite impressed with their honesty on available dates during a super busy week, they tried their best to fit our slot considering we have a toddler.
They provided the best quote in terms of prices as conpared to other local businesses and also provided details of cheaper alternatives- their pros and cons and which one would be best in terms of both less installation hassle, best price and best for heat-retention ti save some pennies on gas bill, for our kind of set-up.
The installation was smooth and finished in one day , precisely 6-7 hours. Their dedication is unmatched and loved the fact that they followed up in a month’s time to check how we are getting on- little customer service touches creates a super satisfied customer base like ourselves. They left the house clean post installation and got rid of the old boiler as well. Overall, will use their services again in future and have recommended to many friends.

What a great company, Kevin came out within a day and gave me a down to earth and reasonable cost to replace an aging boiler, it was nice to hear just the information I needed from an engineer, not, a salesman, the fitting arrangements were made Stephen arrived on time on the day and made a great job, he even helped me out with a problem with a Hive thermostat I had purchased, fantastic job many thanks thoroughly happy to recommend these guys

After British Gas let me down and other installers that came recommended let me down, Kevin at Heatco got back to me the same day I contacted him and was out the next day to quote for a new boiler. After explaining my options and saving me £200+ on the boiler we agreed an installation date. Adam arrived early and installed the boiler quickly, was very friendly and left the place tidy.

Big thank you to Kevin and Stephen who installed our boiler and updated our pipes and electrics. We are very happy with our boiler and system. Kevin and Stephen were efficient, professional, and easygoing. I had to pop out they carried on working and watched over house for me, nothing was a probem. Thanks again.

Superb. Excellent service at a good price. My old gas boiler finally stopped working and Heatco Scotland Ltd visited within a few hours to quote for the job, a price was agreed and Kevin even offered to loan me an electric heater for the 2 days I would be without heating. It was not required but the offer was appreciated.
The installation was quick and efficient. New hole was required and the old one was filled in with matching pebble dash. All pipe work was tidy.
A full check of the system was undertaken before the engineer left.
In summary, a great service at a very good price. I strongly recommend.

My old boiler was on its last legs so contacted Heatco to get a quote for a new one. Kevin came round, despite the snow and gave me a couple of options. I chose the one that suited me best and was able to get it fitted a few days later, just before Christmas. Very happy with the whole experience. Now don't have to worry about my boiler and have a cosy home. Highly recommend Heatco.

Kevin came to provide a quote to replace our old boiler. The quote was extremely reasonable and Kevin provided great advice. We arranged for Kevin to proceed a few days later. His colleague Stephen arrived at 9am and started work straight away, the work was completed shortly after lunchtime, Stephen cleaned up after himself and showed me how to use the boiler before leaving. Kevin checked in a few days later to make sure I was happy and he confirm that he would sort out the warranty for the boiler so it would be one less worry for me. All around great service and advice, would highly recommend.

I ordered a new combo boiler through FastTrack Installations as it was so easy to do and it took the work out of everything for me, just a few clicks, send a few photos, choose your boiler and installation date and it’s done 😁. I was lucky that the installers were HeatCo Scotland. Communication was excellent with HeatCo, Kevin was so helpful and kept in touch regarding all parts of the process. Stephen fitted the boiler perfectly and left the place very tidy afterwards. Stephen was professional and extremely efficient at his job. He explained everything very clearly to me and assisted with setting up Hive and he also made sure all the radiators were set correctly so I would get the best, most effective heat throughout the house. I would recommend HeatCo Scotland 100%

My boiler badly needed replacing.
Kevin arrived and explained the options and gave good advice. There was no hard selling. We agreed the boiler type etc and arrived at a price which was very reasonable and fair.
The boiler was installed on time and on the date promised. The boiler was installed by Adam and I cannot speak highly enough of this young man. He was 1st class. Clearly expert in what he does. He carried out the boiler replacement and was tidy throughout. After installation he explained everything that had been done and gave a clear explanation of the controls etc. All in all I was very impressed by this company and would have no hesitation in recommending them.
