I was impressed by the work in general
I was impressed by the work in general, but particularly with the plumbing re-routing that was required.
Did the engineer locate his missing 'favourite spanner'? It has not turned up here.

Excellent Team
The Boiler Team were really excellent, talking us through all the options (for a new boiler) very clearly and showing us the benefits of certain products. Not pushy - felt like we were actually able to raise questions to figure out the best option for us, rather than being pushed down a certain route.
Having accepted the quote, they were quick to arrange installation which was carried out without issue. No problems since - I would happily recommend.

WONDERFUL
The whole process of choosing, ordering and getting the boiler fitted was WONDERFUL - we had put up with a boiler that kept failing, sitting in a cold house was no fun. A friend recommended The Boiler Team - I rang, they came, the some else came and fitted the boiler (within 7 days) what more can I say?

What an amazing company to do business with!
I just wanted to say a massive massive thank you to you and the team especially Colin who did my installation, what an amazing asset he is to your organisation, he is by far the most polite and courteous tradesman I have ever had in my home, an amazing job, kept me informed at every stage and cleaned up everywhere he went in my home without even asking. ( I think he has now got a taste for Yorkshire tea ) I tried to keep him well watered.

Excellent Competent & Reliable Service
Called Boiler Team on Friday & new boiler fitted on Monday. Unfortunately after a few days there was a problem and I could not use the boiler on more than 50% power.
Called Boiler Team & they came back. The fault was diagnosed by them as a problem with the boiler & that the manufacturer would need to come out.
The manufacturer came out & said there was nothing wrong with the boiler & there was a problem with the time clock, pump & a valve.
Boiler Team came back & sorted everything out, but made no difference. Boiler still not working properly. Manufacturer came back out & said pipe work needed to be altered in airing cupboard.
Boiler Team came back & altered pipework. Problem still not rectified. So Boiler Team engineer decided to investigate the internal workings of the boiler. He quickly identified a faulty part, sorted it & immediately from that moment on the boiler has worked fine.
Well done Boiler Team. They were correct from the start that the problem was with the boiler.
I was beginning to worry I would end up in a situation where the Boiler Team & Manufacturer would be blaming each other & I would be left stranded, but the Boiler Team never gave up & sorted it.
Well done...highly recommended.
