From start to finish Boiler Team were brilliant, really nice people , the installer Martin was great, he solved a problem created by another company, was very polite and really knew his stuff. I would recommend Boiler Team to anyone.

Excellent service totally professional from sales to installation. Excellent fitters, polite, courteous and knowledgeable, cleaned up after installation and disposed of my old boiler. Would I recommend? I certainly would without hesitation.

They were a great team who worked so well together. I got a new boiler for my Listed Grade 2 house which was not torn apart by the experience. They came when they said they would come. They filled up and decorated the bigger hole they had to make in the boiler room, and were interested in any hitches which I might have with the boiler.

Surveyor estimate was competitive and boiler was fitted quickly for me. I felt no pressure to buy any particular brand. Engineer Martyn Edwards was professional and very clean and tidy. Would recommend.

Boiler team rang me before hand to let me no they were running a bit late, which was fine, kept me informed of everything they were doing, they finished fitting new boiler within a few hrs, quicker than I expected, they explained how to work & operate boiler & new controls, left everything clean and tidy, very pleased with result, would definitely recommend the boiler team

Very pleasant experience with Boiler Team! Extremely helpful, gave lots of relevant advice and information. We were not pushed into buying the boiler at all. We were given plenty of time to make an informed decision. Boiler was installed very quickly and efficiently when decision was made. The 2 men that came out to do the installation were very friendly. They did the job in the time frame they said and they cleaned up any mess they had made in the process. They took away all packaging and old boiler. Extremely excellent service. Before leaving they showed us how the boiler was used and everything was explained to us. Highly recommended the boiler team to anyone looking for a boiler! Also excellent value for money!
