The boiler team arrived on time and were a very friendly pair, they explained what they were going to do and they worked very well together removing the old boiler and installing and commissioning the new one, they explained how the new system worked, all this was done in a few hours. The company should be proud of these two technicians, I would recommend this company to anyone.

After having had a very bad experience from another heating company, I was very worried about taking on another company.
Zannussi put me in contact with the boiler team. from the moment I met Paul the sales man, who came to the house to assess the work involved, he installed confidence in me that the boiler team would not let me down, he was very honest, polite, reassuring, he was very helpful and supportive in the whole process.
The team off 3 men that came and fitted the new gas system where amazing, they were polit, friendly, hard working, kept me informed of what was happening though out the installation, and made sure I was happy with what they were doing, they left my house amazingly warm, clean and tidy, they made sure I understood how the new boiler worked. I would highly recommend this team.

Before retiring I did 44 years in the building trade. Not only was the office / admin side brilliant the fitters came on time were helpful courteous and attentive to our requirements. They worked with respect for our home they were a pleasure to have in our house. We would definitely recommend they to others.

Our old oil boiler was replaced on Friday with a new Worcester boiler with Paul Nash, aided by Jordan Llewellyn, completing the job in the most impressive display of quiet efficiency we have ever encountered. Our kitchen and boiler room were left in pristine condition. As we have a large house with 22 radiators, we were rather worried as to the possibility of water leaks / dirt on carpets but no concerns at all. Paul returned on Saturday morning to complete the work, having ensured that the boiler was up and running before he left on Friday, and to replace the gauge on our oil tank. It`s worth recording that our regular boiler service engineer had commented on the difficulty of installing said gauge but no problem at all for Paul.
We had had two quotations from our usual boiler service companies but decided to check with a third party referral organisation. Pretty quickly we had a phone call from Paul Churchill of The Boiler Company, an organisation we had never heard of, and he visited to survey and quote. Paul provided a detailed description of the proposed installation and then Paul Thomas emailed a quotation around the price of the lower of out previous ones. He also assured us that we would be invoice after the job was completed and we were content ( the other lower quotation wanted £1,500 deposit before work started ). For reassurance I checked the Trustpilot reviews and even Companies House ( yes, I know ! ).
I have no allegiance or previous knowledge of The Heat Team but, as you can infer from my review, my wife and I are delighted with the whole operation of our installation and strongly recommend them based on our experience. Six stars if this was possible.
As to Hitachi Finance, this is a different issue, and it may well be that a further review will be necessary to detail my experience of this organisation.

Be extremely cautious of dealing with Boiler Team London Ltd company number 09812691 and Craig Thomas. Their work is appalling. It was described by an engineer who put right some of the defects in their work as dangerous and the worst installation he had seen. They do not respond to calls or emails. Craig Thomas does not appear to be registered with Gas Safe. The company appears likely to be struck off in early December - see Companies House.

Very efficient, polite and hard-working

External System boiler installation in Ammanford area - The installation was done to a high standard, the installer was punctual, clean and tidy with an excellent work standard (i.e. Excellent pipe work and soldering). Job included removal of old internal boiler. Financial package offered and taken was excellent with Hitachi Finance (0% interest). Very pleased, recommend highly!

The boiler/installation team were fantastic!

They understood I needed to get the school run out of the way so didn’t turn up too early, they were knowledgeable and explained everything to me.

They were model professionals to the point where they insisted on taking their shoes off every time they came in - I told them every time not to worry.

I wish every fitter, tradesman or professional could take a leaf out of these guys book!
