Single soldier's best friend
Used Boingo my entire time in the army as a single soldier. Never had any issues with it! I have my laptop, phone, and xbox and it's smooth as butter!

If I could rate it as 0 stars, I would. They run a scam to hook you on a recurring scheme without being open and transparent. Then, the company continued charging a monthly fee even though I did not have a username or password, and I never used the service after this one time on the airplane. I strongly suggest that you never give them a chance to use your bank account, credit card, or any other way of charging you. I will not have anything to do with Boingo Wireless.

The WiFi is too slow for the price
The WiFi is very slow in the barracks. Additionally, you only get 3 devices for $54.99. The WiFi is too expensive for the poor service and lack of devices.

Every day
Every day, my wifi cuts out and I have restart anything I’m doing at the moment. When it doesn’t screw up, I have no problems. But it cuts out at the worst possible moments.
