Be careful of exchange policy

I bought a traditional dress from this website
I paid more than what i would pay at local stores assuming it will be better quality
I got the dress not as described in the their website not the fabric not the size
In the middle of an ongoing war at my country, they expect me to inform them of the refund or exchange in 48 hours of receiving it
I haven’t even thought about trying except after a week
Which says on their website is the refund and exchange is done in 7 days of receiving
Very bad experience
