Delayed, Misleading & No Proper Tracking – Avoid This Store!

I placed an order on March 16, expecting items to be shipped from nearby countries (Malaysia/Singapore). However, this has been the worst online shopping experience I’ve had.

On March 25, I was informed that one of the items was out of stock — even though it was still listed as available when I purchased it. I was also told that the perfume I ordered was leaking, and they replaced it with a different one without giving me proper options.

I was promised a tracking number, but never received one until I followed up on April 3. Even then, the tracking link provided on April 9 was not from a proper courier, but a generic/universal tracking site.

Tracking updates stopped on April 14 and have not changed since. When I contacted them again, I was given different explanations each time:

1. Logistics issues with their original partner

2. Parcel coming from different warehouses (Hong Kong/China instead of Malaysia/Singapore)

3. Delays due to customs clearance in Brunei

As of today, I still have not received my parcel. It has been over a month, and the items were meant as birthday gifts — all of which have already passed.

What’s most frustrating is the constant inconsistency, lack of transparency, and unreliable tracking information. Meanwhile, other international orders I made later (from the UK and China) have already arrived without issue.

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this store due to poor stock management, unclear shipping practices, and extremely delayed delivery.
