Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service. I already mentioned 3 times that i am not satisfied and they scheduled a call with me and didn't show up. Not only they didn't show up but also asked me to advise on the availability for another day as if it's normal to schedule a call and delay it to another time. The customer service team is clearly not trained at all and doesn't understand anything about bokun system.

Constantly not synced, Disgusting Customer Service
Constantly not synced, it is so frustrating.
You fix one thing and something else stop working, and it isn't even my fault.
It's been 2 weeks I didn't do anything, I went to customer service several times, they did it on their own and after two weeks they still haven't figured out how to fix my syncing problem, while loads of ratesof my products aren't bookable and I'm losing thousands of euros in reservation.
I even scheduled a call and no one ever called me back, they apologize, apologize but then at the end no one does anything, while I'm paying the premium, I'll most likely change software, unbelievable .

Something goes wrong all the time. Bokun is the most unorganised platform I have ever used. They continually cause problems with my bookings and the assistants promise the world and never deliver. I am done with them

Really easy to use platform which is also quite flexible to your needs. I find with any website builder / CMS that they typically struggle to accommodate to all your needs. Which is obvious, because they are essentially templates built to fit the needs of thousands. But, with Bokun I've had the least issues.
It's easy to make a clean and attractive looking website with Bokun.
Complex tasks are often made simple by Bokun's UI.
And I have found the customer care team to be generally brilliant and have never taken more than 10 minutes to field my queries.
Definitely happy to recommend.

Quite frankly, the Bokun product itself is mediocre. It's easy for anyone with a background in IT to see that the product has potential but still needs a lot of work. It's ok if you need an uncomplicated product booking automation function. Complications arise when one further attempts to customize it.
The product consolidates a considerable range of reseller bookings into one interface. This is a massive perk. The issue is that those integrations sometimes don't work so smoothly. We often find ourselves facing a database hiccup that can only be remedied by a forced refresh/push.
Overall I'd give the product itself no more than a solid 3, however Bokun isn't just about the product; there is a team behind it. There is one member of the Bokun team that we actually consider to be the product's saving Grace, a tier 3 support member named Tommy. Without Tommy we would have dumped the product and moved on over a year ago. Tommy literally knows Bokun inside out. Tommy also knows the integrations inside out. He knows the integration teams working for resellers. He has excellent interpersonal skills and knows how to diffuse extremely frustrating situations in real time. Tommy literally -makes- this product. I fear that if Tommy opts to depart Bokun before they fix the more serious glitches, we may drop the product. For now, all we can do is make sure Bokun understands what an amazing asset they have on their support team.

This is a limitation of the Viator system and there is no workaround at this time, but to create new products. You still have your 4 free product checks and can use them in redrafting the same product or copying and pasting the already entered information over to a new product.
