IBC are so easy to order from. Helpful and polite. Great range of products, basically everything you would need to make delicious drinks.

Fantastic customer service
I contacted Simply's customer support after unfortunately getting a bottle of their syrup from amazon that had gone bad in order to let them know in case of production issues, and even though I had already received a refund for it through amazon, their support sent me out a new bottle free of charge ! The rep I spoke with was very kind and the replacement bottle arrived super quickly. A great company I would definitely recommend and purchase from again in the future !
