Granted, their stuff looks nice but their lack of customer service makes each order a gamble. I have ordered a sofa 5k€ in the past and luckily everything went smoothly. Now I’ve ordered a mirror and arranged the pickup at their pickup location, nobody was there. It was impossible to reach the logistics building because nobody answered the bell. I got 2 sms and checked the website, the pickup location should have been open and staffed. I tried to get a contact through the Bolia customer service, but it is a dumb AI chat bot. There was no chance to talk to a living human being.
This not only cost me time, fuel and nerves. I arranged a lot of other things around this delivery date.
I understand that sometimes things go wrong but for the price of the items that bolia sells, I expect a human customer service, that tells me that something went wrong and arranges an alternative pickup time or solution.
My expectation is that the quality of the items that bolia sells is in fact as bad as their customer service. I have no trust that my sofa that I just bought this year or the mirror are items that will last as long as their price tag suggests. Even if I do get the mirror in the end, you have lost a repeat customer today.

Easy to order and fast delivery from the outlet. I ordered the sofa from the outlet, and it was delivered in 1 week. Delivery guys managed to lift it up to the 2d floor. The only thing was that their hands were very dirty... I had to clean the sofa a bit after delivery.

Bolia Schottenring gets 10 stars. Very helpful and knowledgebale staff. When the person that helped me was off for a couple of days her colleague stepped right in completely updated on my case. Great advice on which items could work together but always working out of my visions. I ended up changing what I wanted a couple of times (difficult customer) but was always met with patience and never felt rushed or pressed. Got the same feeling as working with a personal interior decorator. Not only highest quality of interior decorations items but also highest quality of staff.

The customer service agent could not find the payment, the second one found the mistake the next day, but than the promised delivery was cancelled, they gave me another one, 2 hours later it was delayed to a date 1week later, today the delivery company called and delivered, thanks God, I could rush home to take it....

Terrible customer service. Ordered a sofa via their stores in paris when the store told us their customer service in denmark was unreliable. Order delivery date was missed. Neither customer service nor store can determine where sofa is. If it was manufactures or even sent. To this day we spent over 5000 euros and have nothing to show for it but promises and a rediculous pathetic offer of 50 euros. The store blames their own customer service and none of them provide any information or solutions. An absolutely terrible experience which probably will result in a terrible sofa as well. Hard to have any faith in this company at all.

I bought a beautiful coffee table online on 19 May and was super excited. My furniture was scheduled to be delivered on 22 May between 13:00-17:00 and I had received a confirmation email and sms 2 days in advance. Unfortunately my delivery never arrived and nobody from Bolia called me to say that they weren’t coming. Today is 26 May and I still haven’t received any news whatsoever from Bolia to let me know when the furniture will be delivered. However, my card has already been charged and Bolia sent me an email and a sms to say “we hope you are enjoying your new design.” This is sloppy and unorganized. I am very disappointed with this bad customer service. Please have someone contact me to finally arrange delivery of the table I bought.

Seems like Bolia has automated their sales. Worst shopping experience of my life (not due to the sales team in Schottenring, Vienna), but because the order number and link I was given to pay did not work. I then had to ring Bolia to get the account details to pay the sofa in time (before the special offer closed). Once I had paid, Bolia could neither locate my order number, or my payment. It took about 20 telephone calls to Bolia Schottenring, Germany, Denmark and Finland (where payments are made). Once our money was located (after being put back into the automated chain EVERY TIME i.e. no one took responsibility, nor accountability) we were told that we could not get the money transferred back to re-initiate a new order (because STILL they could not link the payment to an order number). What a joke. The internal service SUCKS. Re-visit your customer service immediately. IT does not solve human problems. I have told many people about this experience. I will never order from Bolia again. Companies sack people in favour of IT and the service is below par. You deserve to go bust.

I ordered a sofa, got an email confirmation of delivery, I even phoned on the day of delivery to confirm it was coming. It did not show.
I then had a phone call form their “delivery partner” saying that no delivery was booked, and Delivery would be another day.
I guess the lesson is don’t trust delivery dates even if you phone to confirm, and have email confirmation.

The delivery was postponed due to missing one part, which was a small complication. The real issue was that assembling the sofa was not done by the delivery company and I cannot imagine, how elderly or weaker persons would do it by themselves :( In spite of that, the sofa is very nice and functional.

We have bought a sofa in january in Wien and we are still waiting to really receive it....many transportations and organitation problems occured during this period with Bolia shops in Wien and in Graz....!!!
Please ask to these shops....to bettere understand.
We are really disappointed.

Overall very good. Team was very friendly. There was just some miscommunication at the end regarding the delivery. The company in charge called to postpone the delivery because of some issue with their truck. We agreed on another date but received in the meantime an email from Bolia saying that they tried to deliver the goods but couldn't. We called Bolia who told us to check with the delivery company. In the end, all was still as planned. The fact that we had to call ourselves the delivery company to make sure what was happening was a bit surprising in regards to the amount we spent at Bolia and annoying as we discovered that it was just a miscommunication on their end. Anyway, it's an edge case scenario and we are happy with our new furniture.
