The delivery was made exactly when promised, everything right nothing missing.
Our contact person in the shop was extremely helpful when ordering the furniture and after that.
Persons who were transporting and assembling were very skillfull, nice and polite.
Highly recommended and the furniture is beautiful !

Couch with no feet
We bought our couch in July and waited till August to have it delivered. Everything went on plan except that one part of the couch had no wooden feet. We informed Bolia and they sent one week after a new set of wooden feet. Surprisingly the feet came without the screws. So now it's been nearly three weeks and we still do not know when we will be able to sit on our couch. No compensation has been proposed, except reimbursing the delivery fee, which is the minimum considering we only got part of the couch ... We are really surprised by the level of customer service considering the price we paid for the couch. I hope this is just being unlucky.

Difficult delivery experience
The first delivery date we waited the whole day. They did not find the adress. Then the new appointment got changed three times and at the end they came after the expected time. They forgot to unload the sofa, we had to stop them from departing. And the second delivery which should have arrived the same week did not come until today. We are not in France anymore, so the delivery has to be end of August.

Shop assistance was outstanding and delivery was perfect Overall a great experience but:
- I was alerted of a double payment (apparently i paid twice), which I of course really appreciated. Despite several iterations still have no reply to my request for a proof of double-payment
- I have received a very high number of emails alerting me that the order was delayed when it was actually perfect on time - needless communication

Exceptional service and quality
We visited the Bolia shop on Boulevard Saint-Germain in Paris and were very happy to find a perfect pouf that we could customise by selecting our own fabric. We worked with Evanthia who was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We were able to take fabric samples home to ensure we made the best possible selection. We did end up needing to return to the store to make alternative selections and Evanthia's colleagues were just as pleasant and helpful. The ordering process is very efficient and everything is delivered to your door with confirmed date and delivery time. The quality and craftsmanship is excellent. We highly recommend this brand and the great team at Bolia Saint-Germain-des-Prés

We received the products on time, where we had decided to receive between 10 to 13 on a specific date. The furniture is stunningly beautiful, and live up to the hype of Scandinavian furniture design and quality. Fantastic.
